Albion Windows and Conservatories Limited Arvostelua

Where on time and very friendly worker and clean up after the work

Very good installation and customer care. I was also pleased with the price

Easy telephone conversation, leading to timely visit by a professional assessor, followed by smooth installation by a great crew. Product is exactly what I wanted. They looked after my elderly neighbour as well and she gives them 5*. Big thank you.

A good professional and friendly experience from start to finish. The customer service was excellent and the tenant stated that the installers were very mindful of the property and covered interior where necessary. I was also very pleased with the finish the windows look lovely.

Nice man that fitted my new back door and windows. They got on with the work and I was a very happy lady.

Very pleased with my sliding patio doors , good quality look nice , office staff very friendly and efficient , fitters did an excellent job … I have recommended Albion to my friends - thank you

John came initially for sign up and everything just flew from there. They went out of their way to accommodate the size of door required as other companies would not undertake. Fitting carried out within 3 weeks and the fitters very professional and completed with an excellent finish. Brilliant. Fully recommend Albion. Great job!

I found Albion windows really helpful with choosing my new composite front door and window frame. The fitters were on time professional and cleaned up nicely afterwards. I will be looking forward to replacing all my old windows and external doors with Albion windows in the near future. Michael shore

Employees are rude & obnoxious I suggest you avoid completely

They nearly reversed into me & ignored my horn & then swore at me!!

Wouldn’t employ anyone so rude & clearly unprofessional

Pretty satisfied but have had to point out some issues of workmanship. And the second fitting crew did not clean up very well. BUT I would use them again

The whole process was smooth. The fitters did an excellent job fitting a new front door and frame and the result transformed the house. Highly recommend.

Installation of two very big patio doors was noisy and messy but the installers did a magnificent job. They were polite, careful and considerate.
I had a problem with locking the door a few days later, which wasn't ideal over a bank holiday weekend but Luke, the installation chap visited immediately after my call to the office on the Tuesday and fixed it. But for that I'd have given 5 stars.

From start to finish the service we received was 1st class. Very professional in the way of giving the estimate and carrying out the work.
Many thanks to all that played part in this successful job.

Albion were recommended by our neighbours who used them a few years earlier. Useful showroom to see the different styles and fittings and found the sales to be informative, but not pushy. Installation team were great, friendly and got on with it. Job spread over 4 days but was quite a task, including 5 units with doors and some very tall glazing. Very happy with the work which has transformed our home.

Fast, efficient, friendly service from the sales though to installation teams. Post installation stags fixed quickly, no quibbles. Would totally recommend.

What an excellent, professional, caring company from start to finish and beyond.
Ordering was super easy (with a decent cost compared to some other 'in your face online companies). Surveyor came to get exact measurements. Installation was quick and clean. Then, after a panic yesterday (first time of using the key after going out) and having trouble getting the door open (my failing not theirs) I recieved supportive
advice and reassurance when I rang. I couldn't ask for a better service. I HIGHLY recommend Albion for doors and windows. Thank you Paul, Keith, Ricky, Mick and the office staff 👏🏻🌟👏🏻🌟👏🏻

Great team of guys who put my windows in , polite, respectful, friendly and hard working and cleaned up after them . Windows look great

Good helpful service with a good product that was fitted quickly
Very happy with the windows
I would buy from Albion again

It was a pleasure having the team installing the new folding doors after taking out the old patio doors, they were very professional and new exactly what they were doing and left the workplace spick and span.

Great team and service, thank you! Will be in touch for more home improvements
