Alba Rose Arvostelua

I recently lost my dog through ill health and wanted something I could have with me all the time. The bead is beautiful, engraved with her name and wearable all the time. The service from Alba Rose could not be faulted, from the request for the ashes kit to receipt of the bead - I cannot recommend them enough.

Amazing quality, beautiful ring and ear rings and super fast turn around. Love the fact that there is a pay monthly option as well as many other companies don't offer this service. Can't recommend them enough everyone has commented on how amazing it is! The only negative thing I would say is that I was offered a 15% off discount code which I wasn't able to use in conjunction with the finance option, but apart from that no complaints at all!

Easy to order very quick return & beautifully presented very respectful I would definitely recommend Alba Rose.

fantastic quality, really pleased and fast delivery, would recommend any one thinking of having their loved ones ashes in jewellery. I am chuffed to pieces with my ring and will treasure it forever. Thank you Alba rose...

Amazing service from start to finish...

I wish I would rate this company 0 stars. I tried their mould kit and followed the instructions meticulously yet the mixture turned solid immediately and I was therefore unable to make a mould of my engagement ring. I emailed asking for a refund and they said they would only refund me if I removed my 1 star review from this site. It is now clear to me why there are so many more good reviews on here than bad ones. I have refused their offer as I want people who are thinking of buying their mould kit to see my review.

I found Alba Rose on facebook literally days after we had to say goodbye to our springer at the far too short age of 8. As any dog owner will know I was, and still am, heartbroken, this seemed like the ideal way of keeping her at my side, exactly where she had spent the last 8 years. The empathy, consideration and exemplary service of Alba Rose cannot be overstated - from the ordering of the ashes kit to the delivery of my charm was less than 2 weeks. I cannot recommend them enough.

Excellent service, beautiful product. Thank you!

Very professional and straight forward to order . Very helpful with enquiries and the bead we got was beautiful . Very happy with everything

I would definitely recommend Alba Rose to anyone. I purchased a ring made using my partners ashes and the whole process was seamless and easy, and I received my ring long before I thought I would. The ring itself is beautiful and something I will wear every day.

Soo happy with my ring! Can’t thank you all enough from start to finish!! It is a beautiful piece of jewelry!! I will highly recommend you to my friends and family x

I had an ashes ring made and it is beautiful, they were respectful returning the unused ashes as I had sent to much and the turn around was pretty quick too considering it's a bespoke ring (a couple of weeks).

Excellent service and customer care and the products are beautifully made

Absolutely stunning ring. So pleased with delivery and presentation of the product. Only one word can describe ‘amazing’

Amazing prices, if you have any questions they reply within a few hour and they keep you updated on your order. Amazing quality rings

My custom made ring arrived today and I couldn't be more pleased! At just a fraction of the price quoted from another jeweller the ring is exactly as I wanted looks beautiful and fits with my engagement ring perfectly. I could not recommend enough! Very quick too!

Great service - thanks very much

Just received my order and I couldn't be more pleased with the pendant. It's beautifully made and the service was second to none. Really happy and wouldn't hesitate to use Alba Rose again and highly recommend them.

We ordered our wedding rings, and received a first class service, extremely helpful with the sizing & aterations we needed at no extra cost. We also had our rings engraved & was given great advise & guidance with this. Can’t recomend highly enough

I ordered a mould kit for £4.95 from the Alba Rose website to have a wedding band designed to fit my engagement ring. It was sent out very quickly with the returns postage paid, I took a mould of my ring and sent it back to Alba Rose.
I received an email a few days later to say they had received my mould and would send me some images of my design shortly and also to my surprise that a £35 standard design fee would be taken from my account once they had sent me the digital images of the ring - at no point ever was I made aware of this £35 design fee until I had already bought the mould and sent it back . After contacting Alba Rose they refunded the payment quickly.
I liked the concept of not having to part with my ring, the mould kit itself was easy to use and the digital design of my ring I am really pleased with and will be ordering in the near future. Overall a good service with Alba Rose I just didn’t like that the design fee was not clearly stated.
