Prompt delivery at a competitive price and genuine GM packaging

My order (#1000039424) received 4th July 2022 without the Genuine Suzuki Swift Flexible Mudflap Set (SKU: 990E0-53R13) item as ordered. Despite a number of subsequent emails (latest 18/10/2023) and telephone calls neither part nor refund received.

I received a rear technician step for my Hyundi Staria with missing fitting parts. I've sent them 3 emails and had no response. Triied to call multiple times for 2 weeks to ask for the missing part and had not 1 single answer.
I'm extremely upset with the service and communication.

These guys sent me the wrong item entirely, I emailed them twice and got no response both times, I'd be wary buying from these guys.

Rang various times and no return calls also emails not answered very slow in delivery

The package was delivered quickly. The only suggestion I would like to make is that the floor mats are actually in mail bags and not just in their protection bags, mainly fir security purposes.
