I emailed the company as my headphones that I bought from the website had broken. I explained the situation, and the response from a member of the team was quick, understanding and so helpful. I recommend buying from Airwatch as they care about their customers!

I recently ordered the air max headphones from this website since my old EarPods kept on falling out and getting lost. Now I can finally listen to music with these comfortable, sound cancelling headphones in peace. My experience with them has been great I have used them for when I go to the gym, in the car or just relaxing at home.

Had issues with my headphones and they were sorted in a timely manner. Easy to contact and overall headphone sound quality is great. Definitely recommend when looking for an alternative in Apple headphones

Customer service is was quick to respond when I needed information and happy with the service. Quick dispatch of the product too.

I ordered headphones with a micro sd card slot as advertised and is still being advertised in April 2024, the headphones I received were nothing like advertised so I contacted them on 10/05/2024 emails back and forth promises of it being resolved and yet to date I am still waiting on my refund. As it was their mistake under Consumer Law it is up to them to cover the cost of me returning the incorrect headphones. Their customer service is shocking as they tried to blackmail me onto leaving a positive review in return for them sending a replacement (of which they do not have as they told me they don't sell them with a card slot)Please steer clear and save your money.

Excellent quality and sound

I had an issues with my headphone , the team was able to reply in 24hrs and sort out the issues . The company were so helpful with my issues and managed to sort it out in good time frame .

Happy Customer Experience that I had with Air-Watch , as they replaced my watch free of cost, almost immediately. Nice and elegant product, multi functional, super handy.

Good company , arrived on time , good product.

Hide the fact it’s Chinese tat with the fact it has a UK base. Then when you try and return you can only do so if you cover the cost to China. Disgraceful

This company are scammers.

The products are not as described.

Purchased noise cancelling headphones that have zero noise cancelling feature at all. When asked to return for a refund I was told I had to cover the cost of return to china from my own pocket despite the error in their description.

Their attitude is also rude and not customer friendly at all.

Avoid this scamming company at all costs.

Disgusting company. After having bought headphones on 29th august 2023 and having them less than a few months they broke. When I contacted them and explained what happened. They initially responded. But then after not hearing from them for a few weeks I sent more emails to which they IGNORED. I then contacted the uk consumer centre as I had broken headphones and was being ignored by the airwatch store. On 16th may 2024 They agreed to give me a full refund. I even received an email confirming a refund was being issued. But I never received the actually refund. They then ignored the uk consumer centre and myself. To this day 1st July 2024 I STILL have NOT received my refund. Avoid at all costs. Not worth the money. Now I have broken headphones and still out of pocket. Disgusting service!

I purchase headphones from airwatch and they are great.
After only using them 2-3 times my headphones just wouldn’t work so I email the air watch team and there customer service has been absolutely phenomenal, they responded in a timely manner and also offer support as well as help me sort out the issues I had.
I am so happy with their service and won’t hesitate to purchase another product.

Terrible service when it comes to requesting a refund ,all the products are send back to China and you need to pay to send items back(£20) plus I haven’t seen my refund in 3 months I will need to contact my credit card company to get my money back .Big mistake buying their products !!!
