Reservations

The website did not give me an opportunity to print my receipt that it said I needed. It was relatively easy to make the reservation and easily took my money.

Shuttle was there when I parked and got…

Shuttle was there when I parked and got me to the airport in no time. Driver was friendly and helpful. On return, they came quickly and dropped me right at my car.
Could have been bad if I hadn't read about gps directions being wrong but I was prepared and found it no problem. Remember to keep your parking ticket they ask for it to pay.

This service is fantastic!

This service is fantastic and we will use it on any travel in/out of O'Hare! The facility is easy to get to, the shuttles are clean and on time, and check out is hassle free!

Longterm parking

Everything went smoothly. Pickup and dropoff easier than I expected. Price was really good.

Extremely dangerous drivers and the office doesn't care

I was approaching the on ramp to the Parkway in Clark, NJ at 10:45am on 06/26/2020 when a SNAP Transit Van blew through a yield sign and almost ran me off the road. The driver didn't slow down or attempt to avoid me. License Plate XFC T80. I called their office to let them know what happened and the woman actually tried to tell me they did not have a van on the road. I was literally driving behind their van on the parkway at that moment, read the phone number off of their van and even gave her the license plate number, but she still insisted that they did not have any vans on the road. I would not get into one of their vehicles if you paid me. They do not take responsibility for their reckless drivers.
