Cancel policy is a LIE....
Make sure you don't need to cancel. Even though their policy states cancel within 24 hours of making a reservation you get a full refund including service fee... They keep the service fee. False advertising. Fraudulent. How many people get screwed? All you can do is send refund request through email. They take over 24 hours to respond. That's not the customers fault. The email is time stamped.

Buyer beware,(Aardwolf Parking Lot), there is a last minute upcharge to park SUV (even small crossover)....$5/day. Drop off was fine. Pick up was not fine. Passengers exceeded seats and was unsafe. One person got stuck by a metal object sticking out of the seat, and they would not compensate. Driver was arrogant. Would not use this service again

Worst parking experience I’ve ever had.
Worst parking experience I’ve ever had.
Lot was full at the Wyndham when we got there, no big deal.
The kicker was when we got back we called for the shuttle and waited over an hour for it to never come.
We ended up having to take a taxi back to our car and would’ve preferred they just said the shuttle was too busy to come or whatever the reason was. There were 3 Sheraton shuttles that picked up their people and Wyndham literally never came once.

Convenient and Helpful
Offers a full range of options for parking at various airports for specific travel dates. I've used it numerous times and always find the information to be accurate. When I arrive at the parking facility, my reservation is always in their system. Once on the email list, the periodic (modest) discount codes are nice too!

EXCELLENT PARKING EXPERIENCE. TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM THE PARKING LOT, TO THE TERMINAL, WAS QUICK, AND THE STAFF WAS VERY COURTEOUS. I WOULD PARK THERE, THE TIME I TRAVEL.
