Airportcars Gatwick Arvostelua

Ordered a taxi at the airport at 2am ish and the staff were prompt with giving us a rates, ordering a taxi, and told us our driver would arrive shortly. We paid less than an uber and also shorter waiting time. The taxi service is on the arrivals floor at Gatwick, right by the exit.

Taxi kiosk right outside the exit, Booking the taxi was fast and cars were available straight away. Personnel were polite and professional, I will definitely be using the service again. Thank you.

Instant taxi out of the terminal, no hunting around for a meeting point, fare was reasonable, driver was safe and quick, all good.

After a very long difficult day of travel we arrived Gatwick to a delayed train completely jammed packed!! We opted to hire a car to Paddington rather than brave another difficult journey with luggage and no seat! Thankfully we had the pleasure of riding in Vic’s car! An absolute gentleman among gentlemen!!! Our future travel will include Vic! Many many thanks for offering weary travellers a safe luxurious friendly passage in an otherwise gruesome day of travel!!!

Same price as Uber, but cars always ready and easy to reach at the exit of the terminal.
The cars are also cleaned after every ride.

Definitely recommend

Our driver was lovely and very helpful. Booking was easy.

Punctual, polite and comparable in cost to off site private hire company's if you factor in that external company's have to pay the extortionate £10 drop of charge. Shame on Gatwick Airport Authority. Hope they treat Gatwick Parking better than they treat those going on holiday.

Driver friendly, car clean, smooth journey and home safe and sound.

Really nice experience stress free environment very professional driver very polite and chatty could not have been more happier super impressed with the receipt process would highly recommend. Thanks again

Excellent service as usual

Price on the high side but acceptable when you need to get home safely. Nice ride pleasant driver. Will use again.

Fantastic driver. I had such a lovely and friendly, professional driver. Would definately recommend airport cars Gatwick

Excellent service yesterday and again this morning following a chaotic experience due to flight cancellation related to NATs. The drivers were prompt, friendly with good quality cars and a very straightforward and easy booking system in the midst of a stressful couple of days.

Fast , efficient, excellent and helpful service.
Driver very friendly.
A little on the pricey side but my journey was lengthy and in the early hours of the morning. It was worth it for the peace of mind and their honest approach sadly not offered by other companies in the area during a time of great stress.

The airport taxi service was excellent, from booking to dropping us at the hotel. The men in the booking office at Gatwick were friendly and knowledgeable, the cars were of a high spec, clean and comfortable, the drivers were safe drivers, and friendly. Worth the money to travel after a day of disruption and cancelled flight.

It was lovely to get to Gatwick without a booking and immediately get a reliable taxi. No fuss and no more expensive than Uber. Taxi driver was absolutely lovely. Easy to talk to, polite. A delight after what had been a long day at the airport returning home.
I do recommend!

Arrived early. Good driver. Dropped right outside the entrance to the airport, under cover, so didn’t get wet.

The chap at Gatwick got the postcode wrong.
Do not try ans blame me. My postcode is RH28AW. I said "Whiskey" for "W", and he decided it was "Q".
You would have got a lower mark, except the driver was helpful.

I said my poscode and gentlemen said- it's 28 pound, I said I just paid 25 pound 4 days ago, he told me price incresed. But it's not the price, he put in wrong postcode and because of his mistake I had to pay 3 pound extra. Not happy at all .
