Air Options Ltd Arvostelua 

Called Air Options when we had a problem with our old system and our original supplier did not have the expertise to analyse the problem. We were impressed with their expert knowledge. Although they gave us a price to repair the system and were able to get the parts we considered it worth having a new system from them due to the age of our original system (14yrs!). It was a very tidy installation and we are very happy with our smart new system. We would recommend Air Options as a supplier.

Our company have used Air Options for a number of years and find their collective response to all issues from primary design/installation to continuing support to be of a very high standard.

After spending quite a lot of frustrating time phoning around various companies and not getting any follow up, we happened to call the company who had just completed an installation two doors down... Air Options were the only company to respond quickly and efficiently to our enquiry. They set up a site visit promptly, scheduled and completed the work in no time, and were professional throughout. They were able to handle our admin enquiries efficiently, and I'm left impressed by the quality and efficiency of not just the product they installed, but also their service.

We have used Air Options for new projects and maintenance on equipment in our Grade 2 listed building for a number of years. Their work is to a high standard. They also respond promptly in the event that urgent work is required.

They did a good job replacing old AC units. They fitted around our operations very well and got the work done to schedule.

We needed new air conditioning systems for our office. Tried several contractors and chose Air Options. Spoke to Customer Services who was very helpful and put us in contact with all the right departments. As i didn't have a clue what I was looking for the site surveyor was very helpful and was able to recommend the most suitable as we are a big office. The work was completed quickly, during the working day, with minimum disruption. We were kept updated. through the whole process. The workmen were friendly, quiet and efficient. We are so happy we've booked them again.

Air Options were very knowledgeable and professional the whole way through the process of getting out AirCon installed in out main office in London Bridge. Brad came out several times to do surveys and figure out the best way of doing the job. When the work took place, the did the bulk of it was completed outside of business hours either at the weekend or in morning before staff arrived. The system works fine and we are now enjoying a cool office environment. I would certainly recommend Air Options.

I can honestly say AirOptions have been helpful with our installation from day one. We had a flood over Christmas that damaged our Hitachi condenser unit, which was in a difficult location to remove. Lewis and the team made a suggestion to strip and build the new unit in place, working professionally and on schedule throughout. The office was always available to answer any questions we had, and was always made to feel we could rely on their support.
