Trip From Seattle To North Africa.

I was able to buy a round trip ticket with reasonable price with the dates I had in mind. There were several options and choices that were clear and easy to navigate through. I was happy with my purchase.

The site was unusually easy to use

The site was unusually easy to use, in fact, so easy that I booked my flight right away rather than searching other options. One improvement would be to show only non-stop flights as an option, even if they are on an adjacent date. Once I realized that non-stop flights were available on my return flight, I went back to find the same with more flexible dates.

THIS AIRLINE IS A TOTAL SCAM!!

THIS AIRLINE IS A TOTAL SCAM!!! Paid 1200 Euro for a ticket to San Francisco on the 1st of July and they lost my luggage. After waiting for 2 hours at the customer support line they respond saying that they don't know where my luggage is. It's been a week now and still no information. THOROUGHLY DISAPPOINTED, CAN'T RECOMMEND THIS AIRLINE, WILL NEVER FLY WITH THEM AGAIN!!!

So far so good.

This is the first time that I have had an opportunity to use Air France and I loved my experience so far. Purchasing my ticket has been very easy. I appreciate the clarity during the process.

Very easy to navigate

Very easy to navigate. My favorite feature is the ability to see prices on different dates. It gives me a enough information to make a decision on my purchase.

Staff would not allow me to use the…

Staff would not allow me to use the restroom after an 8 hour flight. Pilot took 30 minutes to land the plane while staff would not allow me to use restroom. We were just waiting for the gate and they had no sympathy while I tried to use the restroom. I was on the verge of tears.
