Good price but 2 week wait from day of order.

Price is good but took 8 days to process order, dispatched the day after on a Thursday and I still have a 3-5 working days to wait on item.

If arrives on the 3rd working day will be 11/02 nearly 2 weeks after order.

We are sorry to learn that you are unhappy with the level of service received.

Having checked your order, it would seem that we sent you a pro-forma invoice on the day of order but this remained unpaid for a week. A further delay was caused by you not notifying us of the payment and so it was the 5/02 before we processed the order. Had you paid by credit card or by BACs immediately then the delay you experienced would not have occurred.

Ordered a number of plenums through the website and found the products very good, perfect fit for the Mitsubishi ducted AC units. Had some technical queries prior to ordering and these were answered the same day. Delivery was also quick and items received well packaged.
I would certainly recommend Aircon Plenums.

We are sorry to learn that you were disappointed with our level of service and can only apologise for the slight delay caused by a member of staff being absent.

Having checked your order, this was placed on Saturday 21st September and delivery took place on Wednesday 2nd October. Our website clearly states that we aim to dispatch within 3-5 working days but this is subject to workload at the time of order - in this instance we dispatched within seven working days of receiving your order.
