Air & Water Arvostelua

I have to give a review before I even can look at the product I was needing information about, every time I try to view, this opinion page comes up whats the deal

Yes it's very Kool

RATING IS FOR TRUSTPILOT FOR INTRUDING WITH THIS RATING. WANT TO RESEARCH PRODUCTS FIRST. I WILL RATE A COMPANY AFTER PURCHASE OR INTERACTED WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE.

MY MAIN RATING WILL BE HOW CUSTOMER SERVICE REACTS. TOP MOST IMPORTANT IS TO SPEAK WITH A AMERICAN REP NOT SOME OVERSEAS REP. IF I CAN'T SPEAK TO AMERICAN REP RATE IS AUTOMATICALLY 1 OR 0 IF POSSIBLE.

2ND IS GETTING TO SPEAK WITH A HUMAN NOT A DUMB AUTO MACHINE.

EXAMPLE SAMSUNG IS THE WORST OF WORST. I SPREAD THE WORD NOT TO DEAL WITH COMPANY WHEN THIS HAPPENS.

USE ALL CAPS FOR EYESIGHT.

RATE FOR AIR & WATER IS 5 STARS
AIR & WATER HAS BEEN FAIR & UNDERSTANDING WHEN I CONTACTED VIA PHONE.

what the hell?

Our new Cadet wall heater installed easily and works great. Price was great through air n water. Shipping was quick. Highly recommend this company.

good stuff at decent prices

good prices good products, great service

It was easy to use

my question about return process (needed another unit) was answered quickly.

Great place to shop for great deals and products you want and need!!

forcing me to fill this out is unacceptable you have lost a repeat customer.
I cannot browse the site with out this review page being pushed up.
air-n-water site is unusable.

I have to say this is the first time I've been asked a review before I even have an experience. gave the benefit of he doubt with 3 Stars, however, can't say for sure with out the experience. Might consider a change in how the reviews are done.

Trying to look at a product and keeps being redirected to review.

Very easy to navigate on their website

I just want to order the product. Why am routed towards a review first?

Web site is awesome and they really have good prices. I have purchase a couple high ticket items (cigar wineador (x2))the prices are great, customer service is also exceptional as well as the shipping. the one thing that sucks is they have this web site review page that you can't get out of.

Ordered and got super fast deliver.

Very pleased with the fast service for standard shipping! Will be ordering again after Christmas for a humidifier as prices are lower than stores here!!

Was not thrilled with my 1st experience dealing with you company. Not what I expected from a Google trusted site. Made purchase, never received any type of info on when item was shipping. So I contacted customer service twice. Both time I got the same generic response about how it takes five working days to ship. That's fine, except I received the package the day I sent the email. I just cant believe no one would actually take a second to look up the order and let me know it has shipped and send me a tracking number. Rather I'm left wondering if my package would make it to me on time for Christmas or if I would have to cancel my order and buy locally as to have it on time. Just overall really poor customer service and commination. Wont buy from again!

Good, friendly customer service. A week after ordering, I'd never received my shipping tracking info email and was concerned that my order would not arrive by Christmas. The customer support representative not only was very friendly and helpful but she remembered talking to me previously when I placed the order, (she talks to lots of people every day so that was a special bonus) then quickly found my order, verified its arrival date and sent me an email with my tracking number. Which should arrive before Christmas, Thanks!
