i bought two katsu tyre inflators they didn't work

i bought two katsu tyre inflators and didnt test them, so when i went to use the first one it over heated,it did pump the tyre up but got very hot, but when i went to use the second one it wouldn't turn on, the light worked but not the pump and it was passed the 30day return/refund time ???, / Hello all I forgot to re-write a new review, just letting you know that the seller got in touch and replaced the pumps, the ones i bought where out of stock but they replaced them with another, they were very helpful, so i have changed my 1 star to a 4 star *-*

Great Service

I made a mistake and ordered the wrong drill. Unfortunately there was no telephone contact number but did make contact via email. The email was answered promptly despite it being a bank holiday weekend.
I was able to order 5he correct drill very easily.
Good email support from Zeina.

Good Quality Product.( But.)

Good Quality Product.
But they Forgot to put the House name on the Package.
So it was delivered else where.
But Good email reply.

The address usually comes in automatically and the system prints it on the label. Can I ask you to also check from you end that the address is complete to avoid this happening again for future orders?

Highly recommend Aimtools…

Purchased two dirty water submersible pumps, arrived in custom bullet proof carton, full instructions in English and each a seriously well built 25kg piece of kit.
Cannot fault the quality.
Aimtools shipped these to Ireland (EU), their paperwork was perfect, straight through the dreaded Brexit customs and delivered in four days.
Well Done!

Frankly amazed and delighted with this…

Frankly amazed and delighted with this pressure switch. So simple to fit and calibrate and a joy to see the pressure gauge on the same device. And at a really good price. A brilliant device.
