High costs. Poor customer service

Phoned to confirm that item was a pack of 2 plates. They confirmed it was. But only individual plate arrived. After phoning to complain I was told that previous employee had made a mistake!
Costly to return the item for a refund.
The item was hence very expensive (2.5x more than alternative vendors).

Would recommend!

Found this shop online when looking for a pair of Vejas. They arrived quickly and well packaged. Great service & I was lucky as they were even reduced in price! Was really pleased to be supporting a independent shop. Would definitely recommend.

Vastaus yritykseltä AIDA Shoreditch

Hi Justine,
We are sorry that you didn't receive all the items you ordered. Unfortunately sometimes products are sold from the store at the same time as an online order goes through. This will unfortunately leave us with no other choice than cancel the missing item. This is what happened with your order. We did our best to notify you in timely manner of the cancelation and the refund was processed to your original payment on the same day. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this.

Amazing

Amazing! One of my cups arrived smashed due to bad handling and they replaced it the next day with no hassle. Great quality products!

Unhelpful customer service

Unhelpful customer service

Edit: Response to their reply.

This was ordered for me as a gift from someone in the US. As your unfit for purpose website didn't allow any sort of gift return/exchange, when I created the return all the details went back to the sender instead of me. For various reasons, including that the AIDA returns email went into their junk folder, the returns information was not forwarded back to me until it was apparently too late.

On top of this, the responses from AIDA were extremely arrogant, unhelpful and lacking in basic decent customer service.

We're sorry you feel we've been unhelpful. We try our best to accommodate all customers in all aspects of our refunds and exchanges, but due to the long period of time that has lapsed in this case we are sorry we are unable to help you. The item was purchased in March and therefore is outside our 14 days return/exchange window.
