AG & Sons Arvostelua

I placed an order with AG& SONS for customised pendant for my husband And i am really really happy with final product.
I gave them a picture of design and what i was looking for, they managed to capture very fine detail as well and the end product is just gorgeous. Also their customer
service is very good.

My husband loved it
I can highly recommend them.

I cant fault the experience i have had with them. I placed the order before Christmas and even with the holidays i received the ring sooner than expected.

I was kept in the loop every step of the way so ant complain.

The only bit of advice i would give is to double check engraving options if you want it as i thought i added it but didnt, but that is a minor issue.

Simply excellent!
I was skeptical about ordering from AG at first but the service online was reassuring and put my mind at ease.
The updates on the process of the ring I ordered via email and on my online account were very helpful.
Now the product itself, its perfection and the quality is incredible.
For what I received, the price was very reasonable and the entire process from start to finish was utterly flawless.

I have received my platinum bridal set this morning and all I can say is just WOW. I absolutely love them. Arrived in a very sturdy box along with certificate of authenticity.
Would highly recommend A G and sons.

I purchased a Bridal Set last year and wanted an Eternity ring to match. AG & Sons made this possible creating a beautiful Amethyst and Diamond ring that sits perfectly with my set. It is just as I imagined and i could not be happier.

I am very pleased with my ring ..the service was efficient and they kept me informed at each stage of production . I was able to speak to them if I had any queries.

Quick and very responsive to emails. Very helpful and both my rings are absolutely stunning thank you AG & Sons

Excellent service, beautifully crafted ring. When the ring I ordered was too big due to my own fault, AG and Sons replaced it with a new one that fitted, within days.

Excellent ring, excellent service, would definitely recommend.

My husband recently ordered an eternity ring as a birthday present for me. I was apprehensive at first about ordering jewellery online, but after some research into AG & Sons we proceeded with the order.
From start to finish we had first class service. I have arthritic fingers so my size was a bit large so they called to clarify my sizing and then the ring was delivered special delivery very promptly. I realised that my sizing was wrong and with no problems at all it was returned and resized and at no extra cost. My corresponding emails to & from the team were quick, efficient and professional. Such a great company & would recommend to everyone to use their service. Less not forget that the jewellery they make is outstanding and beautifull. Thank you AG & Sons. Now to think what else I can buy from you :)

I purchased an eternity ring for my wife and I asked if it could arrive in time for her birthday. It duly arrived on time and she was very happy with it, customer service is excellent

Very very good service. The website shows the rings in great detail and the ability to customise them is extensive. I bought two matching rings, both beautiful and they arrived super fast too.

Buying a diamond ring online was a concern, but the site was clear and easy to use and I was kept up to date with the progress of my order. Very satisfied.

Delivered as promised. Lovely present and was well received

Amazing service, fast delivery and beautiful product

Absolutely love my beautiful tanzanite and diamond heart ring. It was a wonderful surprise Christmas present from my husband. It is so sparkly and the colour of the tanzanite is amazing.
The presentation box, certificate and insurance valuation made it even more special.
Love wearing my lovely ring and have received lots of compliments.

Second time I've made a purchase from AG & Sons. Both times the process was easy and the goods arrived when promised. Very impressed with the quality and craftsmanship of the two rings- and the wife loved them both. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend AG &Sons to family and friends.
