Aford Awards Arvostelua

Very pleased with the trophies and very quick delivery.
One was out of stock but swiftly dealt with and all came soon after.

This is our 4th year ordering from Aford and as usual our awards arrived in perfect condition. The service throughout was exceptional, they dealt with some last minute wording tweaks on our end professionally and promptly. Thanks for making the process so easy.

The medals were easy to order from the website - website was clear and easily understandable

Staff were very helpful with my query

Medals arrived on time

Fast, reliable and great value for money.

Customer service was fantastic, confirming address of delivery.

Have used Aford Awards several times and they never let you down. Good value, good products, free engraving that is easily doable for free, and 10% off if you are prepared to spend a few minutes attaching engraving!

Great product and quick turnaround

Been using Aford awards for several years now - the products are exactly as described on the website, they arrive in a timely manner and the team are proactively communicative - what more could you ask for?!

Excellent service and value
Many thanks

Think they have forgotten about the local customers that have supported them for the last 25 years before the ecommerce! Charged £16 engraving for about 30 letters and thought the overall value of the trophy itself was very poor.

Always found you to be professional, keep you informed of the parcel in transit & delivered on time. Thats why I keep coming back.

The communication and support from Aford Awards was amazing. I was supported in ordering the trophies that I needed and these were personalised and delivered quickly. I was really impressed with the quality of the awards and the personalisation. Thank you.

Ordering was so easy, even when I missed off the custom centres.
Delivery was spot on, trophies excellent, my only place to shop for our goods.

Great choice of trophies, fantastic quick turnaround and very happy with the products received. Will definitely use again.

Excellent service and communication.
Minor issue with plate printing, but rectified immediately and efficiently.
Will definitely use this company again!

I was in a panic because I had only left myself less than two weeks before my town's pool presentation... I found Aford Awards online and gave them a try, and I certainly don't regret it. The trophies themselves are great quality, and they were delivered in only 5 working days (I ordered over 30 trophies, all with engraving). One of the trophies I purchased was smaller than I thought it would be, but I was able to send this back and great another trophy in it's place, which was done on a same-day turnaround. Sophie and Leila were both extremely helpful and made the whole process seamless.

quick, no hassle service

Brilliant products to suit all budgets. Excellent service throughout. Personal acknowledgment of my order. Kept up to date. Delivered on time in perfect condition. Even offered distress assembly! How cool is that. These were for our village fete dog show and will be revisiting this company again.

Easy to order and excellent customer service. Trophies and awards delivered in good time. Thanks.

Efficient delivery and good communication. Updated me all throughout the process and delivered it on my required date
