Aford Awards Arvostelua

Very easy to use website to order with and when you do need to speak to someone they are there, and are very helpful,

Great service quote from a retuning customer

It was very easy to place the order, items arrived on time, and in excellent condition. Strongly recommended!

Good choice of trophy, affordable and delivered on time.

Tried to email me 3 days after order (due to weekend) to say the weren't going to send my package because paypal was showing as pending so had to pay again and then wait for refund of first payment (If you don't like paypal, don't have it as a payment method on your website!!) Then charged £12.99 for a £4 royal mail not signed delivery service - apparently the cost is to expedite engraving but when buying that is definitely not clear. After a huge amount of tooing and froing medal arrived with marks all over it, some kind of smudged adhesive black mark on the front that I couldn't get off and various scratches and a burn mark on the rear! They did send out a replacement but overall the whole experience wasn't great!

Great communication from this business throughout the whole
process. I was really impressed with the quality of the item I received which was excellent. I would highly recommend this business to everyone

Easy to use website. Easy to place and order. Order processed in good time. Time between order and delivery very reasonable. Trophy well protected when parcelled. Excellent service.

Fast and efficient. Good quality at the right price.

Great customer service, was kept up to date with any updates. Very friendly.
Very well packaged, items arrived promptly and look great.
This is the second time I’ve used them and I will be returning again in the future.

Thanks. keep it up.

We used Aford Awards for our awards evening for our Martial Arts Club - unfortunately a problem arose with the order we had placed, an item was missing and the staff where incredibly helpful in rectifiying - Big shout out to Leila!

Response times were rapid and polite and professional, and raesonable pricing for the awards - can't ask for more really.

Medals fine, price fine, website and admin not so good.
Website misleading, not all engraving is free, as in my case, medals are not included, furthermore even though the engraving details were excepted I was not invoiced for engraving, I paid the invoice in full at the order stage, only later, by chance upon chasing the delay found out that the medals had been withheld awaiting payment for engraving, which I was totally unaware of, no email or request for additional payment either, and furthermore I am still awaiting a receipt for the additional payment as promised.

Always happy with their service.
Selection of medals and trophies always good. Turnaround time is excellent.
Staff are polite and helpful.
Would highly recommend.
