Sehr zügige Abfertigung beim Be- und Entladen Die Schiffe waren sehr sauber, Dutyfree Shop sehr gut sortiert. Überraschend guter Kaffee und heiße Schokolade Enttäuschung bei den Kindern, dass es keine Modellschiffe zu kaufen gab (wie z. B. bei Irish Ferries). Das Kissen war zwar schön, aber für 17£ zu teuer.

Excellent experience overall. Everything was on time and very well organised. The staff in the lounge were extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. Everything was excellent from start to finish. A big thank you to the whole team for making our journey so enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Professional service
Too expensive for milky coffee (costa) and a short bread, get ride of the brand. Give proper training to staff use good quality coffee beans. Freeshop prices are the same at the high street.
Not much food choices and had to pay 30 euros to go into the club lounge where they said there would be better food and the food there was beans and chili

My journey with P&O Ferries was marred by an excessive delay of more than seven hours with minimal and unclear updates. While staff remained polite, the lack of communication and contingency planning made the experience unnecessarily stressful. This fell far below reasonable travel expectations.

Great service Staff are exemplary
Dear P&O TEAM, I would like to make a formal complaint about the service we have received. I also, would like to escalate this issue. On tye 31/08/2026 We arrived at the port of Calais just before 1 am. The person at the check-in desk was really rude. Our deparrure time was 4:30 am and we were put on the 6:15 am ferry. We struggled with our disabled daughter with her disability. The person at the check-in desk didn't even give me the chance to explain about my daughter's needs. I am extremely disappointed with the service my family received this time around. I couldn't believe that people like that work for P&O. I have never been mistreated like that and he also said to me that if you want to complain go to my manager and do that. I couldn't believe my ears. I am not sure what was wrong with him. I need to receive compensation for the horrible treatment we have endured from a member of your staff. Kind regards Mr. O. Alami Chaouni
Je suis arriver 3h à l’avance au ferry de calais jetait bloqué dans les embouteillages j’ai pas pu prendre le bateau à cause j’ai dû re payer un ferry avec une autre campagne pour passer c’est pas normal je devrais être remboursé pour ça
