I had a great experience with plenty of bench seating, brilliant when you need to get your head down

10 minutes late but ok

I had a good experience

Fähre wirkt bei dieser Reise recht unsauber. Essensangebot überteuert.

Nice staf. Despite the problems in Dover, the captain kept us regularly informed of the situation in a clearly and transparant wat.

Great crossing definitely use again, staff were extremely polite and helpful. Food was excellent (served on plates not like some other ferry’s from cardboard containers). Very clean ferry, keep up the the excellent work.

All good - clean boat and facilities were spot on.

I had a very bad experience, I stood there for 8 hours waiting to board, I didn't get any explanation from anyone or any apologies, I will never use something like that again 👎

Good stuff.

If I could give it no stars i would we had to wait from 7.30pm till 2am just to get to our lane and then the ferrie was delayed till 5am. the organisation was despicable the staff were very rude .I would like someone from Irish ferries to call me because I want a full refund and I will not be using your services again.
