Very disappointing experience. The booking instructions said to arrive 4 hours before departure, so I arrived around midnight. However, the check-in office was closed, and there was no clear information about the actual check-in hours. Afterward, I asked for either a refund or to change my ticket to the next sailing, even offering to pay the fare difference, but both requests were refused. Poor communication and poor customer service. I would not recommend Grimaldi Lines.
