Hi future brides, Just a gentle heads up from a recent client of Isobel Hughes Photography, Isobel Hughes photographed my wedding on 29th August 2026, our signed contract guaranteed a two-week turnaround, but it is now over five weeks later (3rd October 2026) and I still have not received my wedding photos. She is currently ignoring my messages and emails, despite being active on here. I hope you get your photos safely, but please be aware of the current delays and lack of communication. I today issued a letter before action, and immediately Isobel Hughes photography rang me, after five weeks of no communication. To inform me there are no wedding photographs, she couldn’t load them onto her hard drive and has wiped her SD cards. I’m totally devastated and heartbroken, no wedding photos of our very special day. DO NOT USE Isobel Hughes photography. Absolutely devastating

The tables looked absolutely stunning, and the colours were exactly what we had requested and we received so many compliments from our guests on how beautiful the room looked. On reaching 25 years of marriage my wife and I decided to celebrate our silver wedding anniversary. A lot of organising was involved for bar, licence, venue, toilets etc. It became like organising a mini festival. A week to go and we were all sorted. Then our chosen caterers called while I was at work at 2am one morning. Headgasket blown on their van and they couldn't make the event. Panic! After trawling through the Internet I put out for a few quotes and Claire from fabulous food events got back to me. After a few messages we agreed some details and fabulous food events stepped in. What a relief. They turned up on time. They were incredibly efficient setting up. They were really friendly with all our guests, some of whom were unconventional to say the least. Above all the food was delicious. The choice was great with options for vegetarians. I had the falafel with fries, which came with salad and pomegranate seeds. The very sight of it fuelled my appetite. Their van looked great and the were a positive asset to our special day. It was a delight to have them with us.

Was easy to put my request out, only people who had availability responded, rather than calling 100 companies for them all to be busy. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.
