I recently purchased two HealTech ThunderBoxes from Addiction Motorsport—one for my Triumph Tiger 1200 and one for my partner’s Triumph Tiger 900 GT Low.

I rarely write reviews, but on this occasion I felt it was thoroughly deserved.

Firstly, Thomas is incredibly knowledgeable. I would even go as far as describing him as both an expert and an educator. He takes the time to explain things in plain English, breaking down what can often be complex technical subjects into something that is easy to understand and genuinely informative. At no point did I ever feel I was being “sold to”—instead, I felt I was being educated so that I could make the right decisions for my own requirements.

What really sets Thomas apart, however, is his commitment to customer service. One of the items I ordered arrived with some very minor cosmetic marks. Although it was brand new and had been supplied to Addiction Motorsport in that condition by the manufacturer, Thomas immediately inspected the remaining stock, sent me photographs of the alternatives, and shipped me the replacement I chose at no additional cost.

I am currently considering a complete braking upgrade for my Ducati, and Thomas spent a considerable amount of time walking me through every component of the system, explaining the advantages and disadvantages of the various options and making thoughtful recommendations based on how I actually use the bike. He even made himself available via WhatsApp so that I could continue asking questions after our initial conversation.

In an era where genuine customer service can be difficult to find, this was one of the most memorable buying experiences I have had. Thomas combines exceptional product knowledge with outstanding customer care, and the result is a level of service that is genuinely difficult to fault.

I would recommend both Thomas and Addiction Motorsport without hesitation. They have earned my trust, and they will undoubtedly be my first choice for future motorcycle purchases and upgrades.
