ACY Scam - Avoid trading with this Broker
After trading with ACY for over six months, both for myself and my clients, and only breaking even, I finally achieved a significant profit by correctly positioning for a gold uptrend, turning €100,000 into €250,000. However, when a withdrawal was requested, ACY clawed back over €51,000 from both my account and my clients' accounts, citing swap fees related to the Islamic account structure.
This strategy had been openly discussed and approved by their Account Manager Team in advance, with no objections raised. There was also no prior warning or indication that any breach had occurred. The justification given, that my account was ineligible due to regional factors, despite the fact that I am a Muslim and currently reside in Dubai, is deeply concerning.
This experience reveals a serious lack of transparency and fairness. Traders should exercise extreme caution. ACY is not a trustworthy broker and has shown a willingness to remove profits without warning.
UPDATE:
The recent statement from ACY only raises further concerns.
If the account “does not meet the eligibility criteria for an Islamic account,” then a critical question must be asked: Why was the Islamic account approved, opened, and allowed to operate without objection for over six months?
During this period, the strategy employed was openly discussed and acknowledged by the Account Manager Team, no warnings were issued, no objections raised. Only once significant profits were generated did ACY intervene and claw back funds. This selective enforcement strongly suggests that the real issue is not eligibility, but profitability.
Had the trading resulted in losses rather than gains, would this alleged ineligibility have ever been brought to light?

not secure
ACY platform is not really secured and your protection will solely rely on your log in password. My accoont was hacked just this month. The hacker manage to create a withdrawal account (maybe with fake ID) and took off my money.
This broker should at least invest on adding more authentication e.g. OTP like the other brokers do.
