Waiting forever for end strips, despite being told they would be back in stock within a couple of weeks. IN the meantime received sales offer for end strips that were out of stock?????

Our first purchase was beautiful, however the second room the panels were damaged. I was offered a partial refund or a return. It seemed I was wrong to complain to the young individual. Our final project was 3 walls in a loft conversion, this was given to another company

Ordered a week and a half ago. No updates but have been sent an email about taking this survey.

Scam !
After ordering 2 panels almost a month ago, the products had never been delivered.
After I sent 2 mails to the staff they said they would refund but they did not.
Don't buy. Run away.

Not great so far. Ordered £30 worth of samples but they arrived without being labelled, so I have no idea which type of finish each sample represents. Useless for a sample set.

Two emails, two phones calls, still no response as to whether they can help me.

UPDATE - 21/10/23

Please just answer my email and give me a refund. The sample set was not fit for purpose, it was totally useless and I’d like to take my custom elsewhere.

Still ignoring emails and request for refund which I am legally entitled to. Please refund me the money you owe me.

Courier service turned up yesterday to collect the panel. They stuck a label on it, took a photo, I signed and it was collected. Today, the SAME courier driver has come back again and tried to re-deliver the SAME panel. He said the returns label had clearly been removed by someone and he apologised and took it away again. I'm genuinely concerned now about receiving our refund from this company. Avoid!!!

I ordered one wood panel from Acupanel on 4th Feb. The website promised delivery within 7 working days. When it never arrived I contacted them and they said that due to a "warehouse move" there had been a delay in getting orders out but they would send it first thing the following week. They didn't. When it still hadn't arrived we contacted them again only to be told that the colour of the panel wasn't to specification and was in fact darker than advertised and they weren't sure if we would still want it. It was difficult to tell by the photos they sent us, but it looked relatively similar to the sample we ordered so we agreed they could send it on the understanding we could return it if we weren't happy. We also expressed how frustrated we were with the poor communication and were hopeful of some sort of gesture to make up for all the delays, but this request was ignored. The panel arrived and it was almost black and looked nothing like the photos they sent us, or the sample we previously purchased. We complained to them and expressed our disappointment and were met with nothing but excuses and again, no gesture or attempt to make things right. We're now waiting for a refund and for them to collect the order. Overall, communication is what has really let this company down. They should have told us at the start our order would be delayed. They should have communicated more honestly about the paneling being the wrong colour and not to specification. We've now wasted weeks and are no further forward with our project and have received no incentive to ever use this company again.
