Absolutely atrocious - support just give AI scripted responses and take no accountability whatsoever.
Reported a game breaking bug in call of duty and they kept asking for screenshots of completely unrelated parts of the game. Then kept saying it's a Sony issue - it is literally a software bug in their app but they don't care and just close the case when you point it out.
Won't be buying Activision again - disgusting organisation.

Activision does not ban cheaters, but bans people fore talking. What goes through the mic that gets a player banned (or on communication penalty) could be another person in the background talking. Cheating ruins the game 100%, but getting banned from communication when you did not even do anything is wrong. Losing communication for not even doing anything wrong negatively effects other players not being able to get call outs or updates on an objective. Activision SHOULD be banning CHEATERS. Activision SHOULD allow appeals on communication penalties. Activision SHOULD be telling you the reason for the ban (Battlefield does). Activision SHOULD NOT be banning people for communication when cheaters are cheating. Activision SHOULD NOT ban (penalty) communication without telling you exactly what was said that caused it. Communications can be turned off, individual players can be muted, people in the background may not know they can be heard. Cheaters intentionally cheat and that is fine, but a single word can remove the ability to communicate and that effects other players that can not get information during a game. This company likes to enforce the game to make it as poor as possible. Allow cheaters, not allow other players to get call outs, and the appeal is disabled when it is temporary, even 14 days the player should be told what was said that was the problem, and if it was someone in the background it should be removed.

Apres m'être reconnecter plusieurs mois plus tard sur un Call of Duty "récent", j'ai pu constater que mes points COD avaient été volé ! j'en avais 400 en stock, et le jour ou j'en ai besoin je n'en ai plus, ce n'est pas un bug, c'est volontaire, je ne suis pas le seul a avoir eu ce genre de problèmes. Le service client est inexistant et il n'y a aucun moyen de suivre ses dépenses de points cod... En bref, je n'en rachèterai plus jamais !

I’ve lagged out of more games than Bonnie blue and lily philips have had blokes, can’t get a load out in warzone. Game crashed 5 times today 3 yesterday and some more before. This company is a joke compared to what it used to be. Embarrassing

Bo6 is buggy as heLL and ive reported it not had a reply back its been a month. SO AVOID ALL OF THERE GAMES ITS POINTLESS SPENDING MONEY. The skill based matchmaking bullshit sucks. They don’t monitor cheaters so there’s people cheating out the Yin Yang you can clearly see them on the replays, and don’t try to call them about any kind of customer service.

Absolutely ridiculous support section!! Also black ops 7 is an 18 age rated game so you can shoot,stab and basically execute people but foul language is a no go. Yep makes perfect sense. Absolutely ridiculous!!!

Absolute scam and fraud. They take our money and changes the game the way they want to and feel like. Instead of getting rid of the cheaters they force us to play a stupid new version. Do what you want with new versions but wtf take away our caaual play for the swaets and hackers. Let them cheat and do what the want, but keep our BR casual so we can also enjoy the game. We paying for it after all.

The game is not worth playing anymore. They’re not doing nothing about cheaters in the game. There’s taking people money and keep letting the problem persist and I feel like they don’t do nothing about the reports that be sent out for cheaters they overlook them. I had a very frustrating experience with this game ( call of Duty 7) and with the support from Activision. I purchased a physical copy expecting a simple experience: insert the disc and play the campaign. Instead, I spent hours trying to figure out why the campaign mode would not work.

I followed multiple troubleshooting steps, watched YouTube videos, contacted support, and provided screenshots and information they requested. Even after doing all of that, I was asked to continue recording videos and performing additional steps.

As a customer, this is extremely disappointing. I have owned previous titles in this series on PS3 and PS4 and always enjoyed the experience. I was excited to continue playing on my new console, but this has been the opposite of what I expected.

Players should not have to go through a complicated technical process just to access the campaign mode of a game they already purchased. The amount of time required just to try to make the game work is unreasonable.

Unfortunately, because of this experience, I will be returning the game. I hope the company improves both the installation process and the customer support experience for future players.
