I asked for one thing to be rectified apart from the general service.
When collecting the vehicle I was told it had been fixed.Needless to say it had not.
I really don't know why the vehicle was required for 3 hours!! 7.50 AM TO 11AM!!

From the moment I showed interest in the Kia Sorento, Dan Jackson went above and beyond, ensuring I was being looked after.
