Ordered Brooks Ariel 20 trainers

Ordered Brooks Ariel 20 trainers. Delivery was fantastic and trainers are absolutely perfect! Wee shame about the brooks socks though, they usually give a complimentary pair with their trainers but I didn’t receive any. Might be different company policies. I might live!

Great customer service

Searched high and low to find the shoes I wanted in the right size. Eventually found them at Achilles Heel. Ordered one evening using the express delivery but realised the following morning that I needed to change the delivery address. Achilles Heel were very helpful and sorted it out for me - it was nice to be able to ring the shop direct. Shoes arrived as promised the following morning.

Incredible customer service

Incredible customer service. Parcel was delayed by courier. I was given ( without requesting) an immediate refund of shipping charge and offer to send another set of spikes if the originals didn’t turn up the next day. I had forgotten that customer service like this existed. Great service

Excellent service

Excellent service, I made an error with my order and ordered an extra item. They were super understanding and where they could have easily ignored my email and sent the item out, they sorted it quickly and refunded me with no hassle. Great store
