Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. The issue arose because your domain name was using a third-party DNS, which we do not have access to. It appears that your webmaster may not have updated the A record with your DNS provider. Additionally, your previous provider, Startlogic, may have deactivated your website on their server, while the DNS was still pointing to them.

We understand how important your websites are to you, especially after the years of hard work you’ve dedicated to building them. We’re pleased to hear that the issue was resolved once the DNS record was changed.
