I called today to get some independent advice following a car crash that broke two metacarpals, my thumb broke at the 2 knuckles. Id had minimum contact with my solicitor from my insurance. So I spoke to a very empathetic and knowledgeable man (sorry I've forgotten your name!( He talked me through my frustrations of my insurance and the claim seemed to miss off parts of my experience and the damage that'll always be there even after extensive physio. But a huge thank you to you for your calm headed and being extremely helpful id definitely recommend them!
