Highly recommended
I have used AC three times now - for buying my next house, getting my will changed and for remortgaging and the service is always excellent and efficient. Staff are very welcoming and knowledgeable too. Highly recommended.

Re-Mortgage
I have dealt with Susan Clark for two re-mortgages now and found it a very smooth process both times. Susan discussed my options with me in great detail and was able to answer any questions I had making it easy to choose my preferred option. Dealing with the branch as a whole was also a pleasant experience and everyone I spoke too was professional and diligent in providing me with the information I needed

I can't speak highly enough of the fantastic service that I received from everyone at the Perth branch of Aberdein Considine. They ensured that my property conveyancing process was made as easy and straightforward as possible and I was always treated with courtesy, respect and professionalism. Queries and concerns were dealt with swiftly and I was promptly kept up to date with any developments along the way.
