I stayed in an excellent hotel, and also at the hospital they take very good care of you, the room at the hospital is very clean you have every thing you need I would highly recommend coming to academy clinic

My stay with academy has been perfect from start to finish I cam for my 3rd breast augmentation and couldn’t recommend them any more they have been so caring and helpful the nurses and surgeons are perfect

I came to turkey for a mmo. I love my results. I have the body I want after my 3 children. The recovery is hard so definitely bring a companion or someone with you . The doctors and nurses are lovely. Thank you so much.

The 2 nurses who came into the room regularly were lovely, the media guy was super friendly. I was feeling very nervous but I was reassured by everyone that I’d be fine.

I had a very good experience at the hospital and in the hotel. Staff and nurses are very helpful and keep checking on me all the time. I had lipo 360 and breast reduction surgery, results are quite impressive.

My overall experience has been amazing. Im so so happy with doctor Erkan work he’s gold hands of a god my two nurses Aleyna and Zeynep from academy clinic was extremely gentle when removing my drains and made me feel so comfortable, I couldn't have been in better hand thank u again

Amazing from start to finish, excellent care and surgeon. Highly recommended 🎉🥰❤️🙏 they have apps with translators on their phone if needed. The whole experience has been fantastic so far, they didn’t share which i felt should have been included, you are given a private room with fridge at the hospital and a Private shower room, they fed my partner for the two days, they also provided me with a top of the range bra to wear and take home. The Transfers, hotel and hospital all great. Staff were mostly friendly, only one of the night staff were a little short and not very welcoming - well done Academy Clinic, my surgeon was also really friendly.

The surgery was fine, I felt a little rushed consenting without being told the risks. I had a very brief consultation with the surgeon about 10 minutes before being taken to theatre, yet asked to sign the consent form beforehand, with no risks discussed.
Didn’t had a consultation with an anaesthetist prior to surgery either. When I was taken down to theatre, no one spoke to me, just pushed me into the actual theatre and literally knocked me out.
I was under the impression I was coming for implant and lipo as that’s what was advised from photos but when I came I was advised I needed an uplift so had to pay extra. I did query this with the academy do-ordinator prior to coming and was told the surgeon has reviewed my images and signed off on implant and lipo only.
The academy informed me I would spend 1 night in hospital but I stayed for 2, not because of any complication either, no internet in the room, my partner was not given a pillow or blanket.
I felt the nursing staff were quite rude and lacked care and compassion. They spoke very little English and didn’t try to use any translation apps to communicate. I had issues with my cannula which I asked several times to be removed and my requests were refused, I was told the swelling in my hands was normal! The cannula had tissued and was causing pain and swelling. The catheter I had in was removed whilst I was standing! I didn’t receive pain relief for over 12 hours, I asked for it and was told I already had it! I told the nurse I hadn’t had anything since early morning, she tutted and walked out!
Alenah and the nurse in the hotel were lovely though.

I’d have given this a 2 star review only for the fact my surgeon was actually sufficient at what he does and can speak good English. However the academy clinic I wouldn’t book with them again. Completely messed up our transfer on the night of arrival we only found out on the way to our destination me and my sister were being split up as such poor communication from their end and then not only that the transfer dropped my sister to the wrong hospital. So I had her call me while I was at mine hysterical alone and afraid in turkey with no way of contacting them as it was late. Luckily I had a nurse in my hospital that helped me get my sister to me and she stayed the night with me then. Was only one nurse at my hospital who was actually nice. The rest wouldn’t come near you, and spoke no English at all. Poor communication from academy clinic in general but you can bet they were onto you as soon as wanted money or money for extras. The whole experience has turned me off ever wanting to go back to turkey for anything. Also most the hood reviews you see here the patients are made do while still recovering with nurses standing over them hence why a lot are similar my own sister was made do the same. Academy clinic over all just not professional.

Everyone has been very welcoming and helpful. Every question I had was answered. I was well taken care of and all the staff have been amazing.

Tuvimos una gran experiencia, las enfermeras de día y los enfermeros de noche nos asistieron en cuanto los necesitamos, nos dieron una correcta información sobre los medicamentos y cuidados post cirugía, lo único que nosotros mejoraríamos sería la comida del hospital no fue buena, solo el primer día hospitalización estuvo ok la comida, el resto de los días no estuvo buena.
Pero en general el servicio fue excelente.
