My loft was completed last year by Absolute Lofts, we love it! The extra space has meant my son can move out of the box room and we’ve gone upstairs to our new master suite.
We had an issue last week with the bathroom window latch not shutting properly. I called Absolute to report the problem and today they sent a guy over to repair it. All sorted! Thanks

From start to finish Absolute Lofts were fantastic! The team led by Gus were great and their workmanship was excellent. They obviously take pride in doing a good job and making sure the customer is happy. They were reliable, courteous and nothing was too much trouble and the end result is a beautiful new room in our home - thank you Gus and the team!

We finally got the loft we always wanted; amazing huge new master bedroom, skylight, walk-in shower, bath, we're in heaven. The team we had were great and always made an effort to chat and speak with us, which as a stay at home mum made me feel really at ease. Would recommend, thanks again everyone!

The wife and I desperately wanted our house made bigger for when our second born was due and finally decided to get the loft converted. We couldn’t be happier with the result, Absolute Lofts were so helpful with the process, taking much of the stress away from us during an already stressful time. We had our loft done by Absolute Lofts 6 years ago, we've been extremely happy with space and workmanship. We're currently in the process of moving home and need to supply our buyers with the loft guarantee, electrical certificate and building control documents, which we've lost!
I called the office on the off chance they still had copies. I was pleased to hear the voice of Shelley who we dealt during our loft conversion and even more pleased that they still had all our paperwork on file. Shelley said she would post a copies later that day out to us which we received and all has been resolved.
We'll definitely be requesting a quote for another loft in our new house in the near future!

Amazing service, one week in and the progress of work on the loft is unbelievable. After 18 years I had a problem with the loft plumbing . I contacted absolute lofts who sent their man in and the problem was fixed . I was so happy that they care about their product and have excellent after sales help . I would highly recommend absolute lofts

Absolutely awful experience.

Absolute just sub-contract to the cheapest team they can find in your area with zero care and attention. The list of problems and issues we had during the build are too many to mention. Floor + stairs loud and creaky since day one. Floor not even level. Everywhere you look, poor quality workmanship. Lazy workers who do more damage to your house whilst they knock together a crap loft.

Stay away.

After a lot of delays, mistakes, miscommunications and accidents (including dropping a pane of glass into our neighbour's garden) we have a beautiful loft conversion which we are very happy with and where some of the lights work most of the time.

However, the folding sliding doors have never been entirely leakproof. After several attempts to fix the problem, we thought it was solved, but during the recent rain storms, it has started leaking again and we are looking at several thousand pounds worth of water damage. No problem, we thought, Absolute Lofts offer a ten year guarantee. "Absolute Lofts South London has ceased trading. Please stop calling this number."

Since they did not provide us with a certificate, we are also unable to claim on their insurance. Please avoid. There must be building companies out there who care more about their customers than this lot.

Posting here partly because they seem VERY keen to respond to negative reviews, and that might mean we could start a meaningful conversation as opposed to being hung up on over the phone.
