Vastaus yritykseltä Able Recognition
Thank you for your feedback. We understand that the process may have felt frustrating, especially with two orders moving at the same time.
What you experienced was the proofing process, which is designed to refine layout, confirm spelling, and ensure everything is exactly as intended before production. Multiple revisions are often part of getting custom awards just right. In the end, both orders were approved and produced according to the final proofs.
We appreciate your patience throughout the process and are always happy to provide additional clarity or direct support to make future orders smoother.
Always Fantastic
We have been working with Able Recognition for many years. They are always easy to work with and have high quality products. Even when we're on a tight deadline, they deliver.

I will continue to use them and highly recommend their service. Thank you to Nathan of Contact Support and the Art Department for helping me!
