Thank you Zivile, for your prompt response and guidance. Thanks a lot.

Zivile, thank you for communicating and for keeping time for the arranged viewing.

Abc gone all staff working so hard. My first time experience with this team was great. Every single call or text they reply me on time.Especially thanks to Zivile rimkute (jullie). She helped me alot. I highly recommended this company.

I want to take a moment to express my gratitude for Sigita Gailiusaite, the property branch manager. She is always so helpful and goes the extra mile to assist residents. Whether it’s handling maintenance issues or answering questions, she’s consistently available and responsive. Her dedication to her role and the well-being of tenants makes a real difference. I highly recommend her for her exceptional service!

I was helped out by Jordan, who made the entire process as seamless as possible. I wasn’t in the country and couldn’t arrange a viewing, but Jordan sent me videos of the flat, answered all questions quickly and was great at communicating quickly and efficiently. All in all, thank you Jordan, and thank you to the entire team!

A bit incompetent regarding accounts information just moved in with them months ago only to find out since they closed over the holidays my rent payment error saying my rent was overdue not very happy someone should of being there monitoring real time payments it was a bank holiday weekend so now have to wait to see why this has happened not very amused by this as I paid it I have proof from my end.

I was shown the property by a young lady by the name of Jordan..

She explained to some of the information I werent to sure about

And although I declined the property i will definitely be contacting them in the future when I am ready to rent

Jordan was so polite and really friendly

The Company representative Ms Jordan was very helpful, during viewing she took time explaining every detail and responded to all questions. Thank you

It was a very nice and comfortable viewing where Jordan has helped us out in knowing the property very well and explained exceptionally the details of the accommodation.

A lady called Jordan showed me around the property. Very polite . Answered all the questions I asked . Thank you

Jordan was patient, nice to approach. I was struggling to locate the place and the address but was able to direct me to the place and helped me to find my way back. Well done Jordan

Jordan was lovely, friendly face with a positive attitude. Was a lovely experience for us.

Jordan was very polite, friendly and helpful. She also conducted the viewing in a very professional manner.

My mother earns 23,000 thousand a year because sometimes she earns 1,900 or 2,000 a month. And plus the 14,000 she has saved, that's 37,000 and she said my mum has to have 34,600 and my mum has more than that. And she said we still need a guarantor for us, and I said I have no family in the UK who is going to do it?
And apart from that I didn't like it at all. That she called other clients, without having finished with us first. Because we hadn't even finished talking, and someone was already knocking on the door and that really stressed me and my mother out.
Next time if you have to see some customers. The others call them after an hour or the next day. It was unprofessional of her.
