Abc Gone Ltd Arvostelua

I recently rented a property through this agency and overall had a good experience. The team was responsive during the viewing and application process, and they explained the tenancy terms clearly. Communication was generally prompt, and they were helpful in addressing initial queries before moving in. I would particularly like to commend Wiktoria Kocieda for her professional support and for guiding me step by step throughout the entire process.

Excellent service from all ABC

A job well done with a lovely and friendly staff.

I could not fault the service that has been provided to me from this agents. From the very first contact enquiring about the property to the collection of keys has been nothing but outstanding. My viewing of the property with Zivile was seamless, comfortable, friendly and transparent. I walked away feeling confident that our interaction was so positive. The communication after was excellent and she helped me through every process of securing the property. I was then passed over to the property manager Wiktoria who like Zivile was another outstanding agent who also had a friendly manner and was super helpful, and a great communicator with the next steps in collecting my keys and and dealing with any small issues when I moved into the property.

I cant thank them both enough for how easy they made the whole experience of moving and their excellent communication, friendliness and professionalism.

As a landlord, finding a Property Manager you can actually trust is half the battle. I can honestly say that Wiktoria Kocieda Property Manager at ABCgone Romford is in a league of her own. Most agents in this industry require constant "babysitting" and reminders, but Wiktoria is the complete opposite. She is a highly responsible professional who takes full ownership of the property, managing my investment with the exact same diligence and high standards I would apply if I were handling it myself.

Wiktoria stands apart because she is incredibly proactive. When maintenance was required, she didn't just send me a problem she provided the solution. She went on-site, took even carpet measurements herself, and requested and negotiated the best quotes, all without me having to lift a finger or intervene. Her ability to handle multiple tasks seamlessly while coordinating viewings effectively is a testament to her incredible management skills and professional personality.

She is a brilliant communicator and a rare find in an industry where agents often delay things for trivial reasons. With Wiktoria, you can truly relax you simply give her a task and she gets it done perfectly with no intervention required and consistently dependable. If you are a landlord looking for a stress-free management experience and a partner who stands out as truly outstanding, I cannot recommend Wiktoria Kocieda highly enough.

I rented an apartment through an agency and contacted Wiktoria (Kocieda) with many questions, including a refund of my deposit. She responded very quickly, answered all my questions, and resolved the issue I had. Thank you for such a pleasant experience. I have excellent service.

Thank you so much letting manager ZIVILE.
Pleasant and responsive and quick to respond to problems that arise. Broken washing machine in the apartment, urgent arrival of an engineer, diagnosis of the fault and replacement with a new washing machine.
I have been living in the apartment for almost 10 years, I have not had any problems with ABC GONE agency.
5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It was my first time renting a place after moving to London, and because I didn’t have much experience, I made quite a few mistakes. I was also very busy and sometimes didn’t reply on time, which caused some confusion. There were also personal things going on at the time.
Despite all that, Zivile Rimkute was always patient and found solutions for every problem. I’m really grateful that she understood my situation and helped me through everything.
All our communication was by email, which shows how transparent and professional the company is. I was probably one of the most difficult clients they’ve had, but thanks to Zivile’s professionalism, kindness, and problem-solving skills, everything went smoothly — we got the keys and moved in happily.
I truly thank Zivile Rimkute for her patience, support, and professionalism

I have very good experience with this agency services which I cannot express in words. I am very thankful to this agency and their services also.
