The Edinburgh clinic needs renovated. It’s very run down with old equipment. It wasn’t welcoming at all. The sonographer wasn’t experienced enough to deal with a tilted uterus. Wouldn’t recommend this... Näytä lisää

Can’t rate this place enough ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Booked a 4D scan and baby was covering their face so was offered a re-scan where the lovely sonographer captured many clips for our dvd and lots of photos.... Näytä lisää

Service was great

Service was great, I was particularly nervous for my early scan and the sonographer put me at ease and made me feel really comfortable even when scan had to be done internally due to only being 7 weeks and unable to see heartbeat on the ultrasound. Let us see the heartbeat for reassurance during internal scan. Will definitely book again for a 16 week gender scan.

Scan was very professional

Scan was very professional, and the sonographer was lovely. Bit of a sales pitch on the related merchandise when booking though, which didn't feel appropriate for a viability scan.

The sonographer who performed our scan…

The sonographer who performed our scan was very nice, as was the young man on reception, however we immediately noticed the lack of privacy while in the waiting room, as we could hear every word being spoken behind the closed door. Having received bad news ourselves, I was aware of the next people in the waiting area also being able to hear this. Receiving a request for customer feedback following confirmation of a miscarriage seems insensitive to me at this time.

gender scan

I had the most amazing experience. staff were so friendly and professional. they could not have been more helpful. would highly recommend and will 100% be booking again.
