I mentioned them in a blog post 5 years ago and now I’m being spammed by them asking me to write about their mediocre services in exchange for money. I got 5 such emails in the space of a few weeks. They must be really desperate.

With them for 4 years, made 2 claims in the last 12 months for lens and screen repair - they refused to cover me now. Claims also took a long time to settle/organise. Soon as you claim it seems they don't want anything to do with you.

I had my 70-200mm canon lens stolen at a wedding last month, Aaduki were very quick to source a replacement.

Great help during my claim, equipment replaced through Wex very quickly and delivered to me next day.

I’ve recently had my photography gear stolen out of my car and they have used a technicality to refuse the claim
apparently my gear should have been in the boot? Its an estate car so what difference this would have made I’ve no idea also my rear windows are heavily tinted you can’t see in the car at all no one could see the camera bag it was pure luck for the thief
They have in effect destroyed my fledgling business i can not afford to replace the equipment myself which is why i had the policy a policy not worth the paper it was printed on!

AVOID THIS INSURANCE COMPANY AT ALL COSTS THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND LEAVE YOU HIGH AND DRY!

I read somewhere that you don't know how good an insurance company is until you have a claim with them. I, unfortunately, had to claim with Aaduki last year, but they were amazing on every front. I could not recommend them enough.

I have had my photographic equipment insured by aauduki for a number of years and found their rates extremely competitive. In 2019, I had to make two claims due to accidental damage and in both cases, the aaduki team were extremely helpful, friendly and professional and made the whole claim process painless. It's a refreshing change to talk to a team who offer a personal service and are keen to repair or replace the damaged equipment as soon as humanly possible.
