I bought a multi signed product that I could not quite see all the signatures of. The description didn't say who had signed it. I thought it had signatures that it didn't have so the description is more important than anything. Especially when the item is expensive.

Dissapointed!
Beware! Seller complained to Ebay and got my Negative feedback removed!!. Purchased and recieved a signed
Trevor Brooking Admiral FA Cup 1980 shirt that was completely different to the one adverstised. The one advertised has the blue admiral striped logo down the sleeves and an Admiral crest on right chest. I recieved a cheap thin plain white one with nothing on apart for the fa cup 1980 logo. Shame i cant put photos on here! Dissapointed.

I have found no record of you purchasing from us and I am concerned that you have confused us with another similarly named company.
We are A1 Sporting Memorabilia both on our website and our Ebay store.
Could you please check to see that it was definitely us that sold you this item.
We can understand if customers are not happy with either our service or quality of product but it is damaging to us if we are getting 1* reviews that are not pertaining to our company.

Bought on Ebay signed ed Liverpool FC photo. Stated signed by 29 players in reality only signed by 4 players.have phoned A1 on several occasions each time goes to answerphone leave messages which they don't respond to

I ordered a framed sir Alex Ferguson autographed shirt and it was very bad I had problems with DHL as well I won't be buying any more from them as they said they would look after me because the problems but no such thing maybe should be 1 Star but glad no more to do with them A1 memorabilia thanks for answering the 2 shirts were sent together there for there shouldn't of been a problem one shirt was like a baby black felt tip pen to it like I said won't be buying anything again from A1 or wouldn't recommend THEM

I am so sorry that you were not happy with our service. I have looked into this and it seems you ordered 2 shirts and you weren't happy with one of the signatures. We did explain that handwritten signatures would slightly vary from shirt to shirt. However as you were not happy we agreed to collect the shirt, replace it and re-send to you all at our cost. We have carried out these promises
so are very disappointed to have seen that you felt the service we provided was only worth 2 stars.

The product was delivered to the wrong address and left out overnight in the rain and was NOT signed for. Unless you change the delivery firm I will not be orderong from you or recommending you again.

Stop asking customers to pay custom…
Stop asking customers to pay custom fees. 80 usd custom fee on 300 usd product. Not cool. Shipping fees is also ridiculous expensive.

I am so sorry you were not happy with the customs fee that you had to pay. When you make an overseas purchase through A1 Sporting Memorabilia the UK AT is deducted at the checkout. Unfortunately we are not then responsible for or receive any Duties/customs applied in the country of delivery. This is stated on your invoice when purchasing the item.
Apologies for the confusion but we have no control over this.
