Hatte 1600 Euro beim Poker gewonnen und 1500 Euro auszahlen lassen. Zuvor hatte ich immer nur einbezahlt. Also nachdem ich hier die schlechten Bewertungen gelesen hatte, dachte ich mir, dass es sehr schwer bis unmöglich wird an das Geld zu kommen. Jeg har været ‘kunde’ hos 888 i mange år og har selvfølglig tabt og vundet. Jeg har oplevet platformen udvikle sig løbende og henvendt mig når der har været fejl løbende. Filmen knækkede dog, da jeg fejlagtigt lagde 2 identiske væddemål, da platformen meldte fejl.
Dette resulterede i, at jeg i en mail blev afvist og anklaget for at lyve om mine intentioner. Noget så umsageligt og uhørt, er jeg sjældent blevet udsat for.

Customer service is non existent, they won't process a payout back to the account it came from, stating that it's not in the country I live in (it is) and when you eventually get through to interact with someone they send you back to the bot and send emails from no reply addresses. Feels like a scam at this stage, will be sharing my experience with their regulator

888 never engaged with ADR ended up. unresolved, I had to escalate and had one helpful advisor on chat who managed to connect me to the right people and eventually they paid out. Recieved a email from their complaints team suggesting if I open any accounts with them they will be closed, their business decision. Im all good with that as I simply won't be looking to open any accounts associated with the 888 group, my preference would be to self exclude from them to avoid having to go through the pain, but you can't self exclude if they don't allow you to have a account, in this day and age you would had though you could block registration with a combination of email, DOB and name. Can't recommend on the basis that they didn't follow ADR complaints procedure, for UK players with UKGC casinos this is the pathway to resolution, if they refuse to engage it goes to show the type of organisation you are dealing with.

I was blocked from this site. Forced ban for 5 years. Why? Because I challenged them over a slot game I played. I queried how the game outcome was in comparison to other sites. They didn't like it, as I managed to prove my findings. I also reported this the the UKGC. Probably why out of spite they blocked me. Players beware. They like it their own way and not the players way, even after producing compelling evidence !
