Wir haben bei 77 Diamonds gemeinsam den Verlobungsring für meine Freundin ausgesucht und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Beratung durch Frau Floriana Fakih war ausgezeichnet: Sie hat sich viel Zeit für uns genommen, alles ruhig und kompetent erklärt und uns sehr angenehm durch die Auswahl geführt.

Der finale Ring ist wunderschön geworden und entspricht genau unseren Vorstellungen. Auch die Lieferzeit von rund drei Monaten war völlig in Ordnung und entsprach der angekündigten Dauer.

Insgesamt eine sehr positive Erfahrung — klare Empfehlung.

We had a very positive experience with 77 Diamonds. The prices were honest and transparent, and the rings are absolutely beautiful. We also really appreciated the sales manager, who was professional, honest, and never pushed us towards more expensive options. Overall, we felt well advised and in good hands. Simply exceptional!

Simply exceptional!! I had an excellent experience from start to finish. The quality is outstanding and the prices are very competitive. The customer service was incredibly responsive and helpful, and the team at the Zurich showroom was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely supportive. Delivery was also quick and seamless. Highly recommended!!

Great experience and ring!

I am absolutely thrilled with my experience at 77 Diamonds! From the moment I visited their beautiful showroom, I knew I was in good hands. The staff was incredibly helpful and professional, responding to all my emails promptly and making the entire process stress-free. The speed of service was impressive, and I received my ring much faster than expected. As for the ring itself, the diamond is simply stunning and the craftsmanship is perfect.
