I thought I'd found a great resource for my truck. I've bought a number of products that were great. But the test of a good company is how it deals with issues when they go wrong. And unfortunately 4x4at failed miserably at this. I bought a product that clearly didn't work, and despite emails and phone calls they just didn't sort it (it would have been easy to sort too). So sadly I won't buy from them any more

Had an issue with a product, but the after-sales support was spot on. Robert was responsive, helpful, and sorted things without any hassle.

Had the Toyota Hilux rear bumper, as expected with any aftermarket parts you may need to adapt things slightly, I ditched the plastic top covers for my originals (originals are just better quality) and re-tapped a couple of holes. But for the price at less than £220 i'm amazed to have gotten the full steel structure and steel corners (just the steel corners are £160 each on most sites) All in all very pleased with the service from 4x4at.

Ordered, paid for and delivered promptly as promised. Side steps were as described, good quality and fitted straight on. Great service, will be using 4x4 again.

Bought a tailgate assist kit from the guys no trouble at all easy to fit

Through no fault of there own, one of the dampness broke, a couple of emails to Robert and he was in touch with the suppliers.

Even sending me out a whole new kit.

I really appreciated the help throughout the process of selecting the proper items that I needed and getting them shipped to the USA. Very prompt responses and great help. The products are not available in the USA so being able to get them from 4X4AT was great as some companies will not ship to the USA. Great service, great company!

Excellent service all around, Robert is very knowledgeable and easy to speak to from the moment of interest all the way through, I have spoken to him even after the sale and I absolutely cannot fault their service. I had quite a few pieces added to my truck, it only took a few hours for them to full fit and it all looks fantastic. Overall very happy with my experience

Tow bar no visual damage but when trying to assemble day of delivery found out via manual 10mm steel manufactured in correctly instead 30/40 degrees angle 90 degrees so wouldn't marry up with chassis leg. Dry fit in living room just after delivery. Phoned the emailed pictures showing no damage and explaining issues was manufactured issues as no paint or steel stress and they didn't want to know. Believe they new they were selling faulty goods.

Poor customer service!
Bought a bonnet protector and wind deflectors for my Ranger, they packaged all in an extremely large box with little padding or packaging resulting in the wind deflectors being broken on delivery.

They took no responsibility as their policy is that if courier delivers without you being present or if you sign without unpacking and inspecting whilst the driver is there you are responsible!!
Had to pay the postage for a replacement set or be further out of pocket! Will never use again!

I was recommended to use this company to fit me a new canopy to my recent purchase of a Toyota Hilux . My local dealer in Mid Wales uses them all the time. Scott,John and Richard absolute knowledge and professionalism. Top job and even fitted me my mats that I purchased. We were seen when they said we would be at our appointment time,no rush to send us off when the job was complete and full explanation given..complimentary tea and coffee help yourself as much as you like. Relaxing facilities in waiting area. Friendly staff. Well worth the journey from Mid Wales back to my beloved Yorkshire. Top job from 4X4AT. Thank you

The parts I ordered came all in one piece and well packet . Everything fits as supposed and videos on website to see how it is done. They always response on phone and solve it although not answering emails as quickly. Best to call them for top service.

I drove 4 hours and 230 miles to have alot work done on my Np300, and can honestly say I would do it again. Scott Smith arranged everything for me and even when out of his way to give me hotel recommendations, so I could travel up the night before.
Richard Walker did all the installation on my truck and was incredible, he installed all my parts under the 5 hours estimated time, and had to realign and re fix my front bumper to fit the wheel arch.

Ive never dealt with 4x4AT before but as they seemed to be the only company on the web with a photo of the part I needed I had to order from them.
I can say that the part was exactly what I needed and incredibly was delivered to me less than 12 hours after I placed the order. I wouldnt hesitate to buy from them in the future.

I ordered a rear folding Tonneau for my 2007 Navara. Scott at 4x4 was straight on it and sorted me out with a unit for my model. It was shipped by DHL to Portugal. The whole experience from ordering to delivery was great. I would recommend them to anyone with a 4x4 looking for parts.

Avoid this company!!

I bought roof bars for my truck after phoning them to check they definitely were the correct items. They were advertised as easy to fit, in under 10 minutes apparently! My truck ended up in the garage for a while but not too worry I’d been assured they were suitable. I couldn’t fit them, my partner who converts campervans and has fitted may roof bars! A handy man/carpenter, my brother in law and my dad all failed to fit these easy to install roof bars. So I spoke to the company, sent them pictures as requested. After lots of nudging, phone calls and email's they said send them back for a refund. I questioned the postage and I was told if there’s a fault found with them they’ll refund the postage. I sent them back. When I called a few days after I’d had acknowledgment they’d been delivered I was told they hadn’t received them!? Eventually they found them and I was told I’ll get a refund in 3-5 days. Over a week later I contacted them and I was told because it’s outside of the 30 day’s that I wasn’t eligible for a refund!!! Despite being told on two separate occasions that I’ll be getting one!!? So with delivery charges to return these bars I’ve forked out £250 and have nothing to show for it. Absolutely awful customer service!!!!

Can not be better than this. I ordered from France, asked for a quote, received it the next day, and it took me a while to get my pickup, so I accepted after a month.

Once the payment was made, went through the customs fairly easily and received the shipment within an exact week (UK to France).

I ordered a full body kit for a 2025 Ranger Wildtrack (a bit modified since I need to follow French regulations).

- Packaging ? Top, on a pallet, everything inside the boxes are perfectly covered and secured. My biggest fear was the wheels as it is harder to repair in case of damage... but they were perfectly secured

- Communication? Always answered within couple hours or the next day if messages were asked late

- Pricing, I did not compare, so I don't really care.

I did not get everything I wanted as it was a first try, but obviously going to get the Lazer Lights LED Roof Lights, tool management and maybe a hardtop. I will buy again eyes closed.

Product quality excellent fitting service was prompt and perfect standard can't advice people to use them enough and I am naturally fussy as this is my personnel truck

Another great experience first class service.
Unfortunately one of the wheels was damaged but had emails warning before it c OK me and big clear lables on the box to check. The courier looked like he had been trowing box about but got him to note box damage sent this off and next day my replament wheel was with me. No delays very happy woth the service and they have arranged for damage wheel to be collected. First class service and over there was no stress about replacing wheel.

With other companies I have had to wait for then to get part back and checked then they send parts.
