locked phone
I bought a Samsung 24+ from back market the phone looks to have either been stolen or traded in while still on contract. The phone has been totally locked and is now unusable.

Very Happy Purchaser
My first phone had a very unusual software fault which only affected one app. The returns process was easy and I was reimbursed without question and very quickly.
My second phone is pristine and the bees knees.

Hello Donna,
Thank you for your review. As stated your order was placed with Back Market. You would need to contact them directly to provide the correct Shipping details. We have recalled the parcel and will await instruction from Back Market.
I hope you can consider amending this review as the order was placed with Back Market and not directly with 4gadgets.
