Very bad customer service and scams. Over pricing

Very bad customer service. They don’t respond if you have a problem. I never receive my sisters shoes, I can’t even track the package, i reported them, people musk be aware of them, they’re untrustworthy. I’ll never buy anything here ever again they might be a scam. Run away from this shop. They said to me they’ll stop the delivery but they never did they kept on saying they’re trying and they’re lying. I don’t recommend stay away you’ll be stressed dealing with them regarding your package.

Trust earned!

I retuned my shoes because the 7.5 was too big. I had to ship them back to Timberland and an exchange option wasn’t available. I looked EVERYWHERE online and in stores for these shoes and only saw a size 7 on 4feet website. They came faster than I thought && most importantly, they’re authentic! I AM SO HAPPY THAT I AM WRITING A REVIEW. LOL

Impossible Refund

I tried to make a refund, I shipped back the product, they didn’t take the package from the mailman so the package went to a deposit and they refused to pick it up, the deposit couldn’t bring it back to them so now I have 250€ less and I don’t know where my shoes are. They don’t reply to my emails and don’t care about fixing this problem

I order an item on 25/10/25

I order an item on 25/10/25. I am writing this review on 09/11/25 and I still haven’t received it. In tracker it’s mentioned that it was returned to sender. There is no information what is the reason. The reception in my building works 24/7 and they informed me that there wasn’t any courier. And I haven’t received any call or message.
Let me know when I will receive my order or refund me money, please!
