Absolutely disgusted with this company

Absolutely disgusted with this company. I’ll be posting a full TikTok about it shortly, but I also wanted to warn others. Do not pay for extra delivery. My parcel was marked as delivered and someone signed for it but it wasn’t me. I’ve lost £150 and am now trying to recover the money through PayPal because this company’s customer service is useless. I understand that Royal Mail is responsible on one side but not responsible, as it’s the seller’s responsibility to refund me, but they are doing nothing to help no apology, nothing. But I paid extra for a tracking delivery in exchange of signature. Please use other companies like END or OFFICE instead. Don’t be misled by their prices it’s a scam. It’s been about a month now, and I’m still furious. At this point, I’m even considering reporting it to the police.

Top Sneaker, top Service, top Preis

Ich bin begeistert! Hier habe ich meine Wunschsneaker gefunden, die fast überall sonst vergriffen waren und das auch noch zu einem unschlagbaren Preis. Trotz Lieferung aus England ging alles erstaunlich schnell. Die Schuhe kamen im Top-Zustand an. Jederzeit wieder.

Ordering trainers

Trainers were ordered and delivered promptly with no hassle.They were the correct size that I ordered,right colour and I'd had trouble getting that colour due to high demand,so I was impressed with this company. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again,or recommend to others.

Never received my package

Never received my package. Dealt with Nicole Nikoletta in their customer service dept and she just gave me the run around. Had to contact the carrier several times myself. Don’t waste your time with this company. Shop at a reputable store.

Sprayground

I did not initially realize this was a UK company and I live in the US. The order came pretty quickly and my kid loves the backpack. It was a good price too, especially since Sprayground bags are very popular.

Great shoes, bad delivery carrier.

The shoes I ordered finally arrived after 13 days!
I was worried because I had ordered twice before from 4feetshoes and had received my orders with a couple of days.
The shoes are great but they must have changed their carrier because I was given a delivery time of 7 to 10 days.
I emailed 4feetshoes on the 12th day and they answered me 2 days later to inform me that the delivery had just happened.
The tracking for their carrier had a bunch of holes in it and in order to track my package I had to download an app called shop that keeps on sending me messages for me to buy more stuff which is very annoying.
Luckily I will remove this app today.
Plus I was never informed of any delay pass the 10 days I was quoted, neither from that annoying "shop" app nor from 4feetshoes.
