I'm very happy with both their customer service (William was super helpful explaining how they make these) and their products. I purchased two Spider roof mechanisms (parts 66958800 and 66958900) after my passenger-side mechanism snapped in exactly the same spot shown by Sam Crac in one of his videos. It's honestly unbelievable how poorly these OEM parts are made—my 430 Spider has only 35,000 miles, is always garage-kept, and these components still managed to rust and break? I honestly feel safer with 3D printed stainless steel part that buying another non rust-proof piece of junk for 3X the price I paid for the 360 customs parts elements.

Since one had already failed, I decided to replace both sides as a preventative measure and keep the OEM as spare. The installation was a straightforward DIY job and took me about 45 minutes total since I wasn't rushing and wanted to do it carefully. The roof now operates perfectly again.

Needed two throttle bodies for a Ferrari 360 and could only find used ones or crazy expensive ones on back order. I understand that Bosch stopped manufacturing them anyway. 360customparts has created throttle bodies for Ferrari 360 from brand new Bosch throttle bodies. I was skeptical but ordered two and was pleasantly surprised that they worked as intended.
