360 Company Formations Arvostelua 

Took over 3 months to process!! It was amazing how the day after I requested a refund (after being told thst they did not do cic companies) the documentation was miraculously resubmitted and the company was formed. Numerous emails chasing which mostly went unanswered, a phone line which told you they were on limited service for 3 months and shocking misinformation. I would never use again!

If zero was an option I would choose it!

My company was successfully set up EVENTUALLY! A week later. After threatening to call up my bank and retrieve the payment.

Extremely slow to respond… if at all!

You Can Not speak to anyone at the other end. Only communication is through email sometimes waste a lot of time. Tried to call on numerous times but unsecessful.

I am sorry, but I don't believe some of these reviews. The service for me was poor; I think I must be in the wrong business, as their service charges are very high for doing absolutely nothing. and the invoices say nothing about what they have done to justify the fee. They reply to your emails only when it suits them; they are not contactable by phone.
If you want to dissolve your company, do it through the Gov.uk website; it's much cheaper. And it doesn't take so long to happen. I ended up contacting Companies House just to make sure that they had received my application form.
I bought and paid for a dissolution notice from these people in November 2025 just to keep them in the loop, so to speak; it took them nearly 3 weeks to submit it. They knew this was a pending submission but still went ahead and charged a service fee. They were told the director of the company had passed away and all bank accounts had been frozen. But today, 25.4.2026, they are still trying to charge a service fee. Sending an email to the deceased! Incredible!!! It was declined, and they want to know why. Was this due to lack of funds, they asked, or has the company been dissolved? Only they can answer such a stupid question.
The company was dissolved by Companies House on the 1.4.2026

Appalling at responding to emails

I have tried to form 2 companies with 360, the first of which still has not been formed and I still do not know why. I managed one on-line chat with an agent after running the gauntlet of AI. This is the only way to get any information as they do not answer the phone number provided, and they were unable to help me.
However I have successfully formed a 2nd company with 360 which was very easy for which I am grateful.

No one is responding to our queries after so many emails contact. The client was very upset

This was a very long drawn out process which caused us a lot of stress.

It has been two weeks since I have paid and applied for the VAT, no information has been provided from you. I have tried contacting you over the email and have had no response at all.

Update: I have received a response and proof of submission. Will update once everything is done.
