C’est scandaleux que des services vitaux comme l’accès au toilettes soient payantes dans les gares. Les bornes d’utilisation sont faites pour vous voler, on mets la pièce et ça marche pas, alors il faut repayer, il y a personne à qui poser des questions ou se faire rembourser son argent. Cest honteux, et on le normalise!

Das ist eine Frechheit und wir werden solche Toiletten ab sofort meiden.

At the St. Lazare station I payed to be let in to the toilets in cash, and the barrier didn't let me in. Instead of trying to have a reasonable converstion with me, the staff started bellowing at me for trying to go 'without paying', and when i tried to show them the ticket they started telling me i picked it up off the ground. They then took the ticket and threw it onto the floor, and then proceeded to shout at me some more, before i then payed on my card, at which point the staff started laughing at me, and I even heard them make fun of me behind my back when i had walked into a stall, at which point they made rude comments about me. This happened on tuesday the 11th of august at around 5 15 pm. I am absolutely appalled by their behaviour and highly encourage you to avoid any of these awful establishments. As well as what was mentioned, the toilets were also incredibly dirty.

Je me suis présentée dans cette porcherie où nous payons une prestation pour aller au WC à la gare de Bercy le 25 juillet 2026. Je fais remonter l'information à l'employée sur place, en lui précisant que l'état des toilettes et juste scandaleux. Avec du sang sur la lunette trace des excréments au fond des WC et je vois épargne l'état des locaux. La réponse qui m'a été faite par l'employé que mes 1e sont justifiés dans le cadre ou j'ai utilisé de l'eau. Employé insolent

Another example of a shameless business that just puts a paywall between customers and facilities you used to get for free, without actually providing any service. Your 1€ fee gives you access to dirty toilets, unsanitary equipment, broken soap dispensers and “wipe your hand on your jeans” type hand driers. Unfortunately, at Rennes train station there’s no alternative. Absolutely disgusting. To train station managers and executives please DO NOT subcontract public toilets to this company, they do not fulfil their duty.

Gare du nord, côté rer. Systématiquement une longue queue alors que des toilettes sont fermées. L’employé fait la circulation.

Appalling treatment of users of the facilities at the Gare St Lazare in Paris. In fairness, it centres on one employee who is is an arrogant SOB. You can recognise him: tall, miserable demeanour and demands you address him like he is a king or something. Typically there in the AM during the work week The other people are generally friendly and professional.

I sent a customer service email months ago about this person. The company has never responded.

The staff are consistently rude and unhelpful, had a fella in the Marseille one shout at me for not understanding him and tapping my card, but he’d gestured towards the reader? Then didn’t let me through/refund it/give me the voucher and just said “c’est votre faute”? Even elsewhere where they’re not outwardly mean, the staff are so unbothered - they’re on their phones, away from the lectern. Not tourist friendly and even the French people appear to despite them. Not a clue why they’re allowed to profit off people needing a wee - whilst providing literally no service or benefit, since as other reviews mentioned, the toilets are consistently exactly as unclean/lacking toilet paper as free public toilets always have been. Naturally toilets are always packed anyway because everyone needs to piss sometimes.
TL;DR Loathe this company & angry about the net €5 I’ve had to pay just to use the bloody toilet.

Ik vind het schande aan worden dat nu al 1.20 euro is voor wc naar waar gaat naar toe kuis doen ze niet vrouwen staan daar meer te bellen met hun gsm dan dat wc poetsen hang gwoon nog haar in urine pot ik betaal voor proper wc en niet voor vieze wc er moet meer controle zijn op de wc dames dat hun werk te goei doen in centraal staion

Op zaterdag 14-2-2026 lag in het damestoilet op de bril rond 16.00 uur urine.De 'toiletjuffrouw' was met haar telefoon bezig.Ik vroeg haar om de bril schoon te maken.Zij pakte een paar wc papiertjes , veegde de bril droog en gebaarde dat ik gebruik kon maken van het toilet...🤢

Ben een paar dagen in NL en Be onderweg geweest en moest een paar keer naar het toilet. 2 verschillende plekken, met eenzelfde resultaat. Smerig, slordig, onverzorgd en dan ook nog es verschrikkelijk duur. Wat verlang ik naar de tijd dat een dame alles schoonhield en op een bordje 30, 40 of 50 ct vroeg per keer. En met plezier en een glimlach gegeven. Van 2theloo word ik alleen maar chaggerijnig. Ga jullie schamen! En bedrijven, gooi ze buiten.

Je suis allée au toilettes pmr de bruxelles midi, plus jamais. Non seulement il n'y a aucun moyen de vérifier manuellement le verrouillage de la porte mais j'ai eu la mauvaise surprise que quelqu'un rentre pendant que j'étais occupée malgré avoir suivi les instructions indiquées près du terminal de paiement. Une honte que ce genre de toilettes où on ne contrôle même pas l'ouverture de la porte soit autorisé.

Well, I paid in a hope that I could use a cleanest toilet in a public place as says their Moto but wait, it was horrible. The toilet seat was filthy and toilet itself wasn't cleaned. I informed the staff to give it a clean and they didn't seem to bother at all. She just went to the toilet and flushed it and came back saying something in French which I couldn't understand at all. I went to the toilet and found in the same situation and decided to leave the toilet without using it. 2theloo are liars in my opinion. Time of visit 30th July around 12:30 noon Paris Gare du Nord.

A few years ago, these locations replaced public and free toilets. They costed 1€ but they used to be very clean + the 1€ entry fee included a 1€ voucher in nearby shops. Now all the locations I went to in recent years were absolutely filthy and the 1€ voucher seems not to exist. So basically we’re back to the same quality as the free public toilets back in the days, but now we have to pay for it.

Gisteren bij Shell de Hackelaar geweest voor een sanitaire stop. Daar een euro voor betalen is tot daaraan toe. Maar er zat poep op de wanden en overal wc papier op de grond.
Heb ook al een mail gestuurd naar 2theloo.

In station Brussel centraal betaald 1,5 euro met de kaart. In plaats van dat de deur open zou gaan, meldt deze zich als zijnde bezet wat niet zo was.
Je kon er dus geen gebruik van maken..

2theloo has revolting consequences due to people shitting in the woods adjacent to the services. People do not necessarily have cash available or a valid payment card. 2theloo causes revoting piles of poop and toilet tissue.
This would never happen in the UK where the public conveniences are attended and free of charge.

Geen WC-bril, armsteunen voor het gehandicaptentoilet zijn gewoon uit de muur gerukt.
Er hangen mooie gebruiksinstructies voor moderne Dyson-kranen maar je moet het doen met een klein kraantje dat niet eens vastgeschroefd staat en nog eens moeilijk open te draaien is. Eén bus handzeep voor de drie wastafels (recyclage van een bus afwasmiddel gevuld met industriële handzeep uit een grote bidon).
Hoe durven jullie hier nog geld voor vragen? We zijn 2025, dan mag je een deftig onderhouden toilet verwachten voor dit bedrag. Afzetterij van de puurste vorm!
