Ticket barcodes not working at the stadium gate
I received the confirmation mail without a link to add the tickets on my Apple pay, in other words, i had a pictures from my tickets not the original tickets, thats lead to me staying outside the stadium until the first half ended.
Later on I received a replacement tickets throw whatsapp
Im asking for a refund, otherwise i will claim at the club official webside
An update after the boxoffice replay:
I was so clear in my first review i have rights to get a refund because I received my ticket via mail without a link to show the original ticket barcode thats lead to me stuck at the stadium gate because the bar code is not working due to that they ask me to go to the fan support office and they didn’t accept me cause the tickets was purchased throw a third party, then i went back to my gate as per details on the ticket and wait again on the line this all took around 45 minutes, it was so crowded, i didn’t attend the first half due to missing documents from your side, providing me within 8 minutes a replacement ticket this is an other story not related to my claim.

As mentioned all tickets are delivered 24-48 hours before the event time and not at the time of purchase. As you purchased E-tickets, these were sent to you via email and not via Apple Pay.
Once you had communicated that you were having difficulties with your tickets our team provided you with replacement tickets within 8 minutes from the time you made first contact.
Our team are always available via WhatsApp and email to answer your questions and assist customers, we also provide all customers with a dedicated emergency contact number.

Ac Milan vs juventus
I was abit sceptical at first reading the reviews as they were all mixed, but the experience I had with my partner was amazing they made sure I would get my tickets before the game and surprisingly I got them days before the match, we arrived at san siro stadium scanned the tickets and went in, the game was amazing just a shame we lost 1-0, Thankyou 1boxoffice.

At an additional charge, we offer ticket booking insurance on all tickets purchased online. As you did not purchase this insurance we were unable to assist you with a refund.
Your purchased tickets for Real Madrid vs. Union Berlin, In Santiago Bernabeu the seating numbers are split between even and odd numbers, and the sectors are divided by corridors so that the even seats of each of the sectors are on the right and odd seats on the left. As mentioned tickets may have seats number 1 and 3 or 2 and 4, these tickets are seated together.
Regrettably, on this occasion, we were unable to help you due to you wanting to cancel your order and hope to change your experience with us soon.

I purchased two tickets from 1BoxOffice and thanks to their services, my son and I had a great experience attending an opening EPL game. Customer service was forthcoming with all the information, including as it relates to delivery, and they did make good on their promise of delivering my tickets to my hotel well in advance of the game. Meanwhile, I received regular updates on the delivery status, to include a tracking number. Overall, I am pleased with my experience and I will most certainly purchase tickets through them in the future.
