I am currently still progressing through the Thyroid Ultrasound MasterClass, but I already feel confident in saying that I am truly impressed by the quality of the course.

Before starting, I assumed the program would focus mainly on ultrasound techniques. However, I was very positively surprised to see that it provides a comprehensive review of the thyroid gland — from detailed anatomy to various pathologies. For me as a clinician, this integrated approach has been extremely valuable.

One of the aspects I appreciated most is the multidisciplinary perspective. The inclusion of both a thyroid surgeon and a nuclear medicine specialist adds great depth and clinical relevance to the content. It makes the course much more practical and well-rounded.

If I may offer a constructive suggestion, I would be very happy to see more detailed coverage of lymph node evaluation in the context of thyroid pathology. Additionally, while the quiz section is helpful, I believe the number of questions could be slightly increased and made more specific to further enhance knowledge consolidation. Perhaps there is a more extensive assessment later in the course, but expanding this part would add even more educational value.

Overall, I am very grateful to the entire team for creating such a high-quality educational opportunity and for providing me with access to this MasterClass.

The Pediatric Ultrasound course is excellent, and the platform experience is good

As I always said Dr Thomas Binder has the ability to know how to teach, In this case Echocardiography. You might have a lot of knowledge but do not know how to explain the topics in the way that the audience can easy understand them. I also like the fact that DR Binder takes the transducer and teach by himself how to scan ( Most Cardiologists in USA do not know ). Thanks to 123 Sonography and Professor DR Thomas Binder I could improve my skills in Echocardiography since 2016 up now.

I engaged the services of 1 2 3 sonography with the expectation of enhancing my learning experience. However, my interaction with the company has been profoundly disappointing.

Upon enrolling in their program, I found myself inadvertently locked into a subscription model that was difficult to exit. Despite multiple attempts to cancel my subscription over several years, my requests were met with silence. This has resulted in unauthorized charges of $24 per month, which have continued to drain my account.

Furthermore, the learning products provided by 1 2 3 sonographywere not up to the standard I had anticipated. The materials were poorly written and did not meet my educational needs.

I urge potential customers to exercise caution before committing to any subscription with 123 sonography. My experience serves as a cautionary tale: buyer beware.

I had a great experience with 123sonography. The video lectures made complex topics look easy. Customer support was responsive and helpful a great deal when I had technical issues logging in. Highly recommend for any health care provider looking to deepen their knowledge on sonography.

I bought some course from this compay and recently my vascular videos not working properly . I emailed several times and explained the problems and also I sent some clips to show them what the problem is , but unfortunately nobody returned to me to solve the problem. Nobody took my concern seriously . There is a guy named MAREK who sometimes reply emails and each time she/he pretends she has not received the emails or has no idea what the problem is. I asked to talk to person in charge but nobody responded ???? No customerservice at all !!!!!

I am honestly surprised at how scammy this website/company is. I paid for a monthly subscription since it did not have a one time payment for the course, thinking that I would have multiple access to different course for at least the 4 month of mandatory payment. While, in reality, I will be paying for singular course, 150 euros, every month, for 4 months, for a course that I finished in 3 days. I do not recommend it.

The platform is very user friendly/ very reliable service and customer service that is responsive and helpful.
The content presented is very relevant to my practice and updated.

The course design and portrayal is perfect for novice radiology enthusiasts. I have just started the Abdominal ultrasound course and already feel pretty invested in it. Looking forward to learning more with other courses as well.
