If one was to be picky the time to answer the telephone call was over 10 minutes and option to leave a message and book a return call could be useful, I did check the web site but could not find where I could book a service but I am a tech for you maybe looking in the wrong place

I had a boiler upgrade survey booked…
I had a boiler upgrade survey booked but my appointment was changed to a day I was not home. I called to rebook and waited 8 minutes for the call to be answered. When I got through, Joanne Thompson answered and was friendly and professional. She changed my survey day with no problem to a date I could manage. Considering how busy they must be she was not rushing me to settle on a date and I felt looked after. Great service.
