I ordered a dress and it did not fit, I have tried 6 times to contact them to no avail.There was no paperwork in the parcel for returns My package actually came from china and the label had my address on which was covered over by evri I was able to peel it off and the parcel had been sent from China.
Buyers beware.

I have been waiting nearly two months for my order to arrive . I have sent several e-mails but nothing has happened . I think I should have my items by now . I am so annoyed .

I orderd a dress it didn't fit. I emailed customer service, they said they needed more information, emailed a copy of the order and told them it didn't fit. I have heard nothing. I read easy returns not so much.

Buyer beware! I purchased four items, two of the four did not work. Those two outfits cost $130. When I asked customer service for help with a return, they did not issue one. Instead, they tried to negotiate a refund of $18, then when I refused, $45, then when I refused $55. In these negotiations I was to keep the clothes because "shipping is too expensive to Dubai" although their sorting facility is in New York. Their website says "easy returns" but that is not the case. If you don't like your items you will lose out on doing business with this company.

I am happy with my purchase. I have worn it once and liked it.

I had to follow up with customer service to find out why my order hadn't shipped. Two of the items I ordered were out of stock, and instead of sending the available items, my entire order was held for about two weeks without any communication.

After I contacted them, I asked them to cancel the unavailable items and ship the rest of my order. From that point on, everything went smoothly, and I received the remaining items without any issues.

The main disappointment was the lack of communication and the delay before shipping. If they had informed me earlier or offered a partial shipment, the experience would have been much better.

Ordered a dress that definitely was defective in their sizing. I requested by email to be able to return it (as per their return policy) for a refund. They responded asking if I would be satisfied with $8 US Dollars (when the item was $61.99) and to keep the dress. I continued to email them asking for an address in the US to return the item and a full refund as the garment was made incorrectly. I have no use for it. They kept offering me odd dollar amounts and then mentioned to return the item to an address in Dubai. Buyer beware. I'm currently disputing this charge. Very odd way to do business.

I ordered a dress. It arrived but was not a flattering fit. So I wanted to return it and receive a refund. They responded that they would prefer me to keep it and refund me $7. Then $10. Then $12. Then $17. And, finally, that the maximum they could refund is $18. I paid $30! I will never order anything from this company again and suggest you do not either.

Do not order anything from this company unless you are sure you’re not going to return it. I ordered a dress that didn’t fit properly and even though they said they have a 30 day return policy could only communicate via email and they asked me to keep it and they would compensate me $10 for a $60 dress. I said I wanted a full refund and they still refused and offered me $18. Terrible customer service and deceitful advertising.

THIS TIME? CAN NOT CONTACT ANYONE FROM WUMYR.....KEEP GETTING DIVERTED TO JUST ANSWER WHICH WANTS MY CREDIT CARD FOR A 5$ ONE TIME RETURNABLE FEE BUT GIVES NO INFORMTION AS TO HOW TO RETURN ITEMS. AND THEN THERE IS A 65$ CHARGE TO MY ACCOUNT FOR JUST ANSWER THAT DIDN'T ANSWER ANYTHING!

Buying an item of clothing from a company that says it has a 30 day refund policy...what could go wrong??? With Wumyr - everything. Ordered a small and it's way too big. Contacted customer service to start the refund process (note to self - don't purchase from any company that doesn't have an easy online way to refund). Instead of honoring the refund policy they offered to refund $5.00 on a $40 purchase. Clearly, I won't be shopping with them again.

These folks took good care of me. I ordered the wrong size and they were willing to send me the correct size.
They made it very easy for me. Now I’m waiting on my correct size. Thank you Wumyr. I will order again from you!

I purchased 4 garments and didn't like the fabric. They all appeared to be very plastic-like. There were no tags in them describing what they were made out of. I tried to return them for a full refund. This is where the fun began. I requested the required Return Authorization Form. Responses were slow and generally amounted to them doing everything possible to avoid taking them back (they never did send the form). Multiple questions followed about exactly what was wrong with them. Photos were requested and immediately provided. Then the offers of some cash back in order not to return them began. First $35, then $80, then $120. It was a $200 order and I really wanted to return them and get a full refund. After 14 emails exchanged over a 14 day period, I finally gave up and accepted the $120 offer, fearing that if I didn't, I would be out the $200 paid because of their short deadline for returns. I strongly suggest you avoid this company and check out the Better Business Bureau's rating for them. They are NOT BBB accredited. The BBB gives them an F! That's their lowest rating possible. I'm not sure why TrustPilot's rating is as high as it is.

Most important I liked the blouse that I ordered. It fit, looked like the picture on the internet that prompted to buy it, and the cost was reasonable. I had a bit of a problem tracking the delivery using the suggested "shop" app.

I love the feel of the tops. However I need to return some items please
1 white turtle neck top ,( ordered 1 to many)
1 black top [ color is not right for me)
1 floral dress..did not fit and it really wasn't my style how do I return the items.
